Utquiagvik’s insurgency squad goes on a mission in Spain, entering Madrid and attacking food stores, medical facilities and power stations to cause chaos in the city while fighting with Madrid Police Forces. The police forces don’t even know that the fighters are associated with Utquiagvik because they aren’t wearing any kind of army identification and instead have fake Spanish ID cards, which is how they got into the country in the first place.

Riot police would clean up the insurgency using helicopters and shields and also surrounding the insurgents with special forces teams. Minimal damage would be done to civilian buildings because as soon as this would happen, emergency units would be sent in and airlifted.
