I know it’s late (was busy irl lol) but I announce the LFPD Sovereign, Utgeuiagvik, German, Senscarian and Ayshiren Pact of Mutual Defense and Security Cooperation.
This alliance is known as the Colonial Cooperation Concord, other nations are free to join in protecting their interests. Also, don’t worry LFPD, Senscarian authorities are building that 15km base. It’s a military base that is on the western part of the coast of Southern DDSLand.

The Colonial Concord retains operations in economic blocs between German, LFPD, and Senscarian Colonies. Utquiagvik has proven that he is a potential threat to this as Senscaria believes he has stolen 35 million dollars worth of equipment without paying us back. We could've built you an extra island twice the size but due to the scramble and subsequent arguments upon your arrival that had to be put on hold. We're still considering the idea of terraforming the land next to the mainland though.
