1) Policies for Bernskia are being discussed before or without Bernskia being involved.
2) Policies are being made for actions within Bernskian territory - Reit, CSLA base proposals.
3) Bernskia currently has no say and has not said in the ceasefire terms or things occurring within Bernskia, which allows non-Bernskians to dictate what is going on to Bernskian lands, cities and people.

I mean it makes no sense at all ICly, but OOCly they're controlling both Neib and Berns and the whole process so it's one way knowing that it's absolute nonsense in realism but it works in the IC by some magic.

"Magical fortified DMZs" Boldonia and I use the same military aircraft and ground vehicles. We are basically at a stalemate because an F-16 fighting another F-16 is down to how good the pilot is. With ground units, it is the same. It's down to how good the soldier is. So Boldonia reached out to Gabeonia for a ceasefire between us and we created a DMZ that is one block wide and the entire city long as part of the ceasefire. The only fortifications are tank traps (that have barbed wire attached in the images because I could not find a standalone tank trap in Arma, I probably just overlooked it.) And of course, there are sandbags on the plywood shacks as some sort of protection and h-barriers because they are not that hard to set up. Also, note that the line was minimally fortified over the course of days because any army would fortify their position given the chance.

Don't read this as an attack or in anger. I am not mad I am just clearing it up.
