May I join as a group of Spec Ops and their air transports sent to reinforce the Embassy and help withdraw Hathenien citizens?

What's the Campinas Meltdown?

The main point in my lore, like the main thing. Basically, Zircorp built a bunch of nuclear power plants around the world and the largest one was in Campinas and provided power to basically all of the important areas of Brazil. One day, it underwent a meltdown which wasn't good.
That's why my nation is set underground.

I'm going to assume it didn't happen in this timeline, for fairness.

I guess I will be Russia but more democratic.
History remains the same except Russia remained neutral during WW1, reforms were made so no USSR and Russia controls all Soviet territory plus Manchuria. Now in March 2023, the New Russian Federation has been formed.
