This changes the dynamic of space colonization, as the claiming of territory for a nation is now secondary to patrolling the now fully-established defensive line at the Asteroid Belt, with the small (only having 2 capital ships, 5 transports, and 11 escorts) but fairly strong German fleet bolstering the 1st and 3rd Stellar fleets. As well, one of the German Freikorps-Class Escort craft, stationed near Neptune, is ordered by German High Command to run supplies to the 61st "Rockdwellers" Stellar Fleet Company, but not to return unless it is confirmed that the virus has not gotten on board. For now, a defensive line forms, with Scythian and German vessels ready to unite in the defense of Earth against any outside threats. The various clashes of the Cold War feel much more like distant memories now, and the political sphere of the Earth is changing, potentially forever.

Finally, the special mutualism chance has risen from 20% to 30%, to except to see more of those mutated freaks out there!
