20 Kamikaze drones strike into Magi lines, with Bayaktars shooting missiles down at their enemies striking tanks and APCS. artillery strikes continue with missiles and shells raining down on enemy lines, occasional misfires hit the dam but it holds despite the severe damage. Nyetoan forces are ordered to destroy the dam if their positions were to fall, as the incredibly expensive artillery is on the higher ground and will not be destroyed in the ensuing chaos. This option is to be used as a last resort as the City of New Vegas will probably be severely damaged and many civilians will be killed, probably causing sanctions.

Both sides are nearly entirely overwhelmed, Frontlines collapsing as the troops are left in shock at the faster and superior movements of their adversaries assistants. Both sides suffer heavy losses, with the loss of Hoover dam crippling the power that the NCR Held over the Mojave, Legionaries begin harassing attacks across the Colorado, and Raiders begin going for Military Positions as they lose power. Both sides release statements on anyone offering assistance getting permission to do as they see fit to help them win the war. Command units find themselves struggling to hold their units together, their MPs overwhelmed with deserters, cowards, and hostile raiders.

Three Divas class transport ships carrying 2 tanks, 6 humvees, and 1,500 troops each (6 tanks, 18 humvees, and 4,500 troops total) land at the port of San Diego to assist the NCR government. Since the majority of the fighting is further inland, most of these forces (3,500 troops, 5 tanks, and 15 humvees) are moving further inland towards the Hoover Dam to counterattack the rebels, raiders, and other opposing forces. Four Vertillian Air Force Lockheed C-17 Hercules planes land at Edwards AFB, two of them carrying a total of 400 troops and the other two carrying 4 combat recon vehicles and are also heading over to Hoover Dam to assist. The Vertillian government will begin sending air support in addition to the ground and naval support upon instructing Vertillian planes on which base(s) to use to land, launch attacks, and refuel.

In addition, the 106th Sky Corps, a Vertillian Air Force fleet consisting of of 4 F-69 VTOL aircraft, 2 VR16 stealth bombers and 3 VR21 tactical bombers, led by Vice Admiral Charles Mansur, move into several rebel hideouts near the Capitol and make multiple runs to bomb them. The VTOL aircraft help the NCR air units would overpower the rebel troops at some of the hideouts. 1 F-69 VTOL aircraft and 1 VR21 tactical bomber are shot down by the rebels, however.

Vertillian forces led by General Daren Watcom of the 209th Attack Battalion, General Hiram Schofield of the 213th Attack Battalion, and General Amur Kayata of the 216th Attack Battalion retake the Hoover Dam, with 209 and 216 taking heavy losses in troops, and 3 of the 5 total tanks set out were destroyed. 213 continues north towards New Vegas. Another Lockheed C-17 of the Vertillian Air Force arrives with the 103rd Attack Corps at Edwards AFB, followed by the 107th Attack Corps in another Lockheed C-17, carrying 300 troops, 2 CRVs, and 2 Humvees (split evenly between the two fleets). Since these are both transport planes, they refuel and return to Vertillia. 103 and 107 are expected to meet 213 in New Vegas while 209 and 216 hold at Hoover Dam.

The Airship launches multiple VTOL Bunker busting aircraft to patrol and try to find something which looks like an entrance to a bunker that is in use, if there are old Vaults, German troops will move in, as their own bunker systems, The airship also radios NCR command "We are sending troops to your main cities to reinforce them, and so will some our aircraft and artillery"
