The Articles of Foundation

1. The Rigel Pact, hereby referred to as the Pact, is an alliance dedicated to peace.
2. Each of the Member States of the Pact shall dedicate an official Delegate to the Pact.
3. The Delegates to the Pact shall meet in The Pact Headquarters on a monthly occasion, or whenever judged necessary by a majority of Delegates. The meeting ends when at least 60% of the Delegates vote to end the meeting.

The Articles of Legislation

1. Any Delegate to the Pact can pass a resolution to impact the Pact’s stance on an issue, as long as the issue fulfills these constraints:
   • The proposal primarily addresses foreign policy;
   • The proposal does not violate the Charter or go against its Mission, to restore peace;
   • The proposal does not advocate for discrimination against any race, gender or other category unrelated to foreign policy.
2. Resolutions will be ratified by a 60% majority and approval from the Presidency.
3. The President is elected every three meetings, by plurality vote.

The Articles of Defense

1. In this passage, an attack on a Member of the Pact is defined as a scenario in which direct, unprovoked military action has been taken against a member of the Pact, or any scenario in which the sovereignty of any Member State is under threat.
2. In case of an attack on a Member of the Pact, all members of the Pact are obligated to send humanitarian and military aid to the attacked Member, unless they successfully Object to defense in front of the Court of the Rigel Pact, a case which will be covered under the Articles of Justice.
3. Any Member State that does not comply with Article 3.2, by refusing to send military and humanitarian aid without completing the Objection process, will immediately face ejection from the Pact, and the remaining Member States will hold a 60% majority vote to introduce sanctions.

The Articles of Justice

1. The Pact shall set up a justice system, known as the Court of the Rigel Pact, containing a jury made up of two Official Jurors per Member State. The Jurors shall be elected by the people of the Member States, with all Judges from the Member States eligible to run for jury.
2. The Jurors put governments on trial for war crimes, genocide, and other national offenses when the international community sees fit.
3. In the case that an Objection to Article 3.2 is filed, the Jurors (except for those from the Objecting Member State) shall review the Objection, and decide whether the State has a basis to Object.
4. A Trial shall not conclude unless all Jurors reach an agreed conclusion.

Well, my suggestion is to negotiate peace with the violent nations. Secondly, I am going to build a HQ in my capital too, Maddeloffu, just in case.

Definitely keep the threats at a minimum. Our peacekeeping attempts will be more likely to succeed if we are well liked within the community.

Morten Alabaster carefully pushed open the door with one hand, peaking carefully into the conference hall before pushing the door open for Representative Charles Pinbrody who turned to his aide "We're early?"
"Yes sir, as you requested."
"I...Very well." Shaking his head lightly Charles proceeded to the table and chair for the Berician delegation where Morten opened a briefcase and began organizing various documents on current International Relations. Charles began sketching ducks on his pad of paper....until the Prime Minister begins speaking at which point he listens attentively for the agenda to be unpacked for the representatives to discuss.

Speaking on behalf of the Berician Commonwealth, I present Representative Charles Pinbrody.”
Sitting back down, Moriston would go back to the binders as Charles stood.
“Thank you for having us. We have watched on as the near catastrophic events of the KTO and ODP feud have carried on. It is clear that certain aggressive nations on each side will prompt their groups which as I understand it do not differ in their values so much as carry innumerable offenses perpetrated between them. As it stands these two grand alliances are for lack of a better term in a blood feud.
Each side has extremists and diplomatic and level headed nations. It seems to me, and please take my opinion as exactly that. To slow the progression of violence they must immediately cease interventionist actions while arbitrators are designated as go-betweens. Sourcing the root causes of this feud. And working to bridge the gap between the more moderate members swept up with their extremist factions. I also propose that in the future members of the RIgal Pact mediate treaty negotiations after any conflict between the KTO and ODP so that neither side can unfairly impose their will upon the subject nation. “ Taking a sip of water, Charles pats his receding hairline with a handkerchief before adding “Of course this would imply both alliances are ready to recognize the RIgal Pact as a mediator. Do we have any evidence of this?” Charles sits back down. Looks at his duck sketches and puts the pad of paper in the waste bin and silently resolves to avoid public speaking in the future.

2. Help out a nation by supplying/ attacking
