As I understand it things are contentious. New RPs get run roughshod over and decimated by the alliances which is often as not OOC arguments as IC.

Members of ODP does not provide a list and I have not gone through their OOC well enough to say but incudes Executive Council and lower council,

Ocean Defense Pact. The two have a historic rivalry, but it doesn't have to be that way. I'm not sure why they fight so much, but we want it to change.

I don't believe it's the ODP as a whole, but rather the KTO has a strong disliking of one nation, Marajarbia.

Is ODP made by Gralov? If yes, then maybe yeah, for some time, I was a part of the ODP after being invited.
