Janpia and Galapagos created the Kalisight Treaty Organization, or KTO, in March of this year. The words Kalingrad and New Oversight, the capital city of Janpia, and the Galapagos, respectively, are the origin of the term Kalisight. The KTO is primarily a military coalition. However, some have also referred to it as the Kalisight Trade Organization because of its trade. Today, the alliance has gained more than 50 members and observers. The military prowess of the Kalisight Treaty Organization is well recognized. KTO has been successful in keeping corrupt coalitions like GCN, GENA, and UADC under check. Of the three coalitions that will participate in this summit, it is the oldest.

The Seorabeol Federation established the Pacific-Eurasian Security Treaty Organization (PESTO) to promote international cooperation and collective security among nations that uphold democracy, freedom, and human rights. The PESTO actively promotes collaboration between democratic nations for the impartial, peaceful resolution of international disputes and pledges mutual protection among its members. The PESTO rejects authoritarianism and slavery as well as anything else that runs against the ideals of democracy and human rights. An assault on one Member State is seen as an attack on the PESTO as a whole. The PESTO is in favor of a peaceful end to the issue, but when all other means of conflict resolution have failed or when the Member States are in danger, military action must be employed. It is the youngest among the alliances that are attending this summit.

Last but not least, the Kingdom of Congo founded the United Consortium of Nations to advance democracy and peace in today's unsettling world. Compared to the other alliances, UCN operates in a very distinct manner. The Global Council and the Security Council are the two divisions of the United Consortium of Nations. Each alliance member will be represented on the Global Council, and the Security Council will consist of four permanent and four temporary members of the UN Security Council. The four permanent members of the Security Council are Congo, Gralov, Janpia, and Anagonia. The coalition is aiming to bring about a future where people may sleep soundly without worrying about losing their lives or the lives of those they love.

These coalitions are traveling to BrazaKinshasa, Congo to discuss the start of 2023, trade, and a lot more. All of them have the same goal of improving the world in various ways. Each alliance will send its founders and two members.  The founders of the Kalisight Treaty Organization, Janpia, and Galapagos will, of course, be present. Gonswanza and TK will be the two members. Congo, Santoak, and TK will represent the United Consortium of Nations. Seorabeol, TK, and TK will represent the Pacific-Eurasian Security Treaty Organization during the meeting.

After a rather... Exciting... Time at the Winter Ball, Laura Ortiz is later flown over for the summit, dolled up in her military uniform (like usual, rather than the typical suit) though, she carried her weapons, only to be stopped by security at the airport. A long explanation by her escorts and some vocal arm-twisting let her pass... Even as she sneered at the local security, moving among shadows to her waiting armored car.

The rest of the trip was rather uneventful, the crazed woman even popping a CBD gummy to keep her chill, washing it down with a swig of sangria wine and later some tonic water, just to enjoy the ride.

Upon her arrival however, she would walk into the event space, her escorts peeling away to guard the doors and later break off to their armored car, as Laura Ortiz herself takes her seat at the table, only for one of her escorts to pick up her documents from said armored car, then run over to deliver them by hand to her with a bow. She seems pleased by this mild test of loyalty, muttering something in Spanish to them, before they once again walk out to leave her in the room.

After a very short trip from his office, which is on the fifth floor of the 75-story structure where the summit is being held, John Hamler, the Chief of the Diplomatic Branch of Congo and Deputy Foreign Minister, would reach the chamber. The summit took place on the 74th floor because of its significance. He removed his $12,000 Armani coat when he got there and went to the bathroom to wash his face and put on some perfume. He had a three-piece suit on. He was dressed in navy-colored slacks and a coat over a white shirt. He sat in his chair after he was refreshed and waited for the others to arrive.

As the government-affiliated Boeing 777 landed gently at the airport, the Secretary of State Yun Ji Hyun prepared to get off. Moments later, she boarded an SUV with Department of State staff and headed for the 75-story building where the summit was held.

When the SUV arrived at the summit venue, Yun Ji Hyun got out of the car and entered the room where the summit was held. She looked around the people in the room and greeted them.

"Nice to meet you. My name is Yun Ji Hyun, Secretary of State for the Seorabeol Federation."

James Emmanuel was the latest leader to arrive at the venue where the summit was to be held. Although it was business as usual, his attendance today was incredibly controversial back home as he was acting against the advice of nearly his entire cabinet, some of whom had almost begged him not to leave with the very real threat of war with the Ocean Defence Pact looming over everybody's heads. Despite several offers to go in his place, James had refused them all. To him, sending anyone but himself would be a sign of Countesias lack of commitment to global affairs.

After a pleasant flight and a short drive to the venue, his limousine slowed to a stop as they arrived. The two vehicles ahead of him had had already sprung into action as four Special Protection Agents flung open their doors and hopped out from each car. James looked behind him to see the two cars behind him had done the same which made for a grand total of sixteen agents all of which now occupied the short walk between the pavement and the entrance to the building. The lead agent approached his car and opened the thick bulletproof car door with a key fob that only he, the driver and James possessed. James smiled as he gathered his thing, handeding the agent his suitcase as he stepped out the car before retrieving it with a brief thanks. Flanked by eight agents on each side he made the brisk walk to the entrance before stepping inside.

Nonetheless it was his duty to represent the Galapagos and he intended to follow through with it to the best of his ability. He flagged a taxi to the building the meeting was set to happen.

He made it to the building with all due haste and with a quick 5 dollar tip to the driver and rushed out. Making it inside he made his way to the meeting room and slowly opened the door before walking inside.

"Greetings, I see we have the representatives from Krow-Bock, Seorabeol, Countesia, and Galapagos. All that's missing is Janpia and the others... Alas, I also see that Congo's own is rather welcoming. Regardless, I suppose we shall wait?"

Of course, Laura rested a hand on her sword, tapping on the pommel, after having moved her hand there. But she soon rests it back upon the table.

"Then let us begin... As asked earlier, what is on the agenda for this summit? As it would be a waste to call us all here to talk over trivial matters that could be solved on a more personal basis... Without our input."

She seems to sneer almost as she finished off her response, placing some emphasis on hostility. Yet, she dials herself back and leans into her chair again, keeping her hands flat on the table, hidden under white gloves. So much for a symbol of purity, this was the infamous devil butcher... Laura Ortiz. She was anything BUT pure!

Given the utmost importance of this event, the People's Marshal herself attended the meeting wearing her red coat, topped with white gloves, and her red ribbon. The PM's secretary and the Commissar of the Ministry of International Communications, Stevreschka Osch, are also attending to the matter. The Commissar was clothed in the Diplomatic Corps' distinctive black coat and Commissar cap, while her Secretary was dressed formally in a suit. Each corresponds to their official roles within Fort Kalinka and their duties at the summit.

As they landed at the airport, Natya was already sleepy and drowsy due to jet lag, being a bit tipsy as her secretary holds her hands to balance her towards their vehicle. Given that she hasn't yet recovered from her recent visit to Gonswanza, Natya seems half mentally prepared to join in this. But nonetheless, it is required for her to attend this summit as part of her role at the party. But thankfully, Secretary Sarina is always there for her, making her sleep on her lap as their car drives to the venue, softly rubbing her hair as they silently and uneventfully make their way to the venue. But alas, her slumber isn't that long, as Natya was once again awakened upon their arrival. Rubbing Natya's eyes, Sec. Sarina gave her some quick adjustments to her uniform before they step out of the vehicle. Given the Congo's climate, Secretary Sarina came prepared with an umbrella to protect PM Natya from the swelling heat, while the Commissar seems relatively untouched, given that he's well used to different climates, owing to his multiple diplomatic travels. And as it seems, it's like he is the only one capable of making official statements or actions for the party, as not even signs of jet lag or exhaustion were present in his actions.

Nonetheless, Natya tries to compose herself as they enter the halls, while the Commissar comes in fully prepared with his suitcase. Like accustomed, the three of them bowed down before the doors of the summit and proceeded inside, with Commissar Stevreschka stating their formal arrival.

Commissar Stevreschka:"As we have no excuses to offer, I beg your pardon for our delay. On to business. My name is Stevreschka Osch, the Commissar of the Ministry of International Communications. And over here is the elected People's Marshal and her aide, Secretary Sarina. It is a pleasure to be with anyone in this summit"

He spoke like a fine gentleman, not even a flinch from his composure or the way he talks. Though of course, this aura is different from what the People's Marshal omits, as she sticks along with her Secretary trying to stay awake

Now that everyone is here, I can finally begin with ease. In response to Ms. Ortiz's inquiry, we'll start by talking about commerce. After that, we'll talk about ODP and global atrocities. All inquiries will be answered then. Finally, we will provide a quick overview of our outlook for 2023.

The latter pushed his square glasses up the bridge of his blunt nose with his white gloved hand.

“The readings from the Ring of Fire are becoming concerning,” the older one, Kazuhiro Fuyutuski, said.

The other was Gendo Akagi who didn’t turn his head to look at his college, “Will it become an issue before we return to the mainland?”

“No. But forecasts say that the rift over Los Angeles is intensifying. While our spy-satellites can’t break the veil they can tell at least something large is forming. But what it is…”

“Is yet to be seen. Will the SSDF be able to contain it?”

“The expected class of the M.A.G.E suggests otherwise. Still, the SSDF is insisting that they can handle it. They’ve even gone as far as telling the Evangelion Project to stand down due to them ‘having control of the situation.’”

“The Diet will hear of this.” The spectacled man grinned, “And the Media and the people. The SSDF believing they can control something of this level. If they can’t do what they claim and halt this M.A.G.E, the Evangelion Project will have to step in and it will be another humiliation for them.”

“The SSDF has been taking many losses recently. First the interventions in Kamchatka giving us an unpopular treaty, the Kushimoto mess, and now this.”

“Soon the ground will crumble down from the Secret Junta… we will have to make discussions here quick. When the SSDF takes a step back this time, we must be ready to push them down to the bottom of the stairs.”

"Rather, what I propose is that we create a trade network, to ensure that no one nation walks away without some benefit. Instead of starving each other, rather, the resources exchanged would be ones that are needed from those who can sustain such trade."

In short, a stable trade network. Putting the "trade" in Kalisight Trade Organization.

"However, Gonswanza is also willing to sell WMDs to help assist smaller, weaker regions in having a deterrent against larger, more hostile entities. I'm surprised nobody else considered such a gesture to help maintain global peace through such an effective measure. After all, the Neo-Korean placement of nukes in Madagascar helped to end that war almost immediately."

Every alliance is known to us, and we can affirm that none of them include any Marajarbian-allied countries. PESTO contains just Bakivaland from ODP. We can definitely handle it. So, I have a suggestion. We should all provide a 10% discount to PESTO, KTO, and UCN members. Additionally, we ought to reduce our tariff rates by 20%. This will, in my opinion, be fantastic for trade between our alliances. We can move on now if someone doesn't have a specific viewpoint to give.

When Yagami Kangu, the second son of Mwebu Kangu and second in line to the Congolese Throne, opened the door and requested permission to enter, John Hamler had just finished speaking. Yagami Kangu had never taken part in political issues, which startled John Hamler, but he didn't care. "Sir, do you intend to be the representative from now?" he said as he sprinted over to Yagami. John Hamler entered his office after receiving a positive nod from Yagami, and Yagami sat down.
