- Try to be as diplomatic and professional during this conference as insults and inappropriate language or behavior will not be tolerated.

- All talks are canon and thus, no nations should try to decanonized another nation, as attempts will be voided.
- Speak IC and only OOC if there's called for such a situation.

After the collapse of the London conference between the KTO and ODP that include an island not to far from the annex territory of Krow-Bock, the SATA delegates have come together in hopes of broking an alliance non-aggression, peaceful pact to cooperate diplomatically, economically, and militarily to not only protect each nation's respective members and their boundaries, but foster an alliance of two alliances to protect their respective region within the world.

As such, the President of Krow-Bock and founder of the SATA look to meet with the leaders of the KTO Alliance today and show the world that there can be peace when nations speak heavy and attack less.

Hello all and welcome to this peaceful, joint conference
My name is Michael Draven, the President of Krow-Bock and a dedicated member to both the KTO and the SATA and as a member of both, I desire to bring outcome to this conference and that's to further strengthen the ties of two alliances that share similar principles and mission in keeping their respective regions safe from harm as well as bring us closer diplomatically as recent news of previous alliance talks in other parts of the world broke down. So, I will retreat to my seat and kindly wait for my fellow leaders to arrive and say their peace. Thank you.

Greetings everyone, I'm Otto von Bismarck, representative of Germany, a country that is part of both KTO and SATA, I hope this meeting will be more productive than the London conference which was a total fiasco according to my friend Hindenburg.
