OOC: This is taking place during the ongoing London Talks. However, these negotiations are taking place in Andreusville while that thread unfolds, and this thread is specifically for Southeast Marajarbia (OP) and Congolese Republic, as discussed via Discord.

The Marajarbian Government, hearing of what has gone down at the ongoing London Peace Talks, has invited certain nations to Andreusville to discuss treaties separate from whatever the final version of the London Treaty will be. These treaties are specifically for Marajarbian relationships with the world’s nations, and some of the invitees are known to be in the Kalisight Treaty Organization, an alliance which Marajarbia is attempting to become more friendly towards after high tensions and even more severe hostilities.

The first of these nations is the Congolese Republic, a small, yet developing neutral nation which does have KTO membership, and is among the parties which has recently reinforced the KTO’s military presence in controversial areas such as the Mediterranean. Via a series of closed door negotiations, the Congolese Republic has finally agreed to send diplomats over to Andreusville to negotiate a treaty.

Not really, although we're looking to build a very high quality building where the parliament will sit. Our infrastructure company 'Congolese Infrastructure Group' and your country's infrastructure company can collaborate to make a building which will be so good that it becomes a tourist attraction attracting millions upon millions of people.
