"The Hiram Lander people produce various goods, alongside our kangaroos and emus. In fact, I have enough wine from our homeland to provide to this assembly which will now be passed through."

At once, another person from the Hiram Land delegation arrived with bottles of local wine, and begun to pass wine bottles to interested parties.

“I believe, for a little friendly competition, it be up to the delegations to select and rate our alcoholic products. After all, Councillor Dubois has continuously insisted, competition is key.”

His entourage began passing the small glasses and brown glass bottles along. Each bottle had the label “Chateau DuBois, New Lyon Apellation d’Origine Contrôlée

"Perhaps, we could create a jointly managed council? A sort of council that oversees both alliances operation, but doesn't have much of a say, merely an unbiased third party."

The Neo-Korean State must distinctly oppose this measure as a matter of principle.

The self-determination of all those within both groups (and that of the groups itself) is crucial to the continuation of valuable diplomatic talks, and any subversion of that, even if minor, would be severely damaging to that crucial self-determination.

I agree with both the Hiramese and the Korean representative. I believe a council should be made consisting of three members from KTO amd ODP and having one country be a mediator and neutral. This council shouldn't always be active and will only play a role during conflict and issues between the two sides. This council should also have an economic branch in charge of overseeing Trade between the two alliances.
