The WSCI is a special military program founded by Niran hoping to create an alliance between the greatest warriors across several countries. These warriors will then be deployed to wars whenever a nation in the alliance call for help. Nations who wish to apply to the WSCI must follow a process in the application of their combatant.

Bio: He was born in a small village in North Africa and immigrated to a UAEC territory island occupied by Niran when he was 2. As he grew up the locals gave him the name “Carthage” because he was a North African immigrant. He spent his childhood hunting and learning about the wildlife in the island he lived in but he wanted to see more of the world so when he graduated from the academy second place in his class he went to a military university. He seemed to be a great rifleman and at age 17 was offered an early graduation to join the Second Marauder Division (SMD). He accepted the offer and served until he was 22 when he was promoted to Lieutenant of the First Marauder Division. During his overall service he has had a kill record of over 100 and has served in 4 year long operations in Afghanistan and Iraq.

Skills: Professional rifleman, adaptive in jungle and desert environment, can fight very well in close to mid range combat.

Past military experience: Operation Vanguard(SMD), Operation national defense(SMD), Operation Iraq recovery(FMD), Operation foreign aid(FMD).

Status: Alive and deployed to Dark island.
