Utquiagvik excepts Leasi’s request to send an observer to the negotiations. Utquiagvik has stated that it will pay for the damage caused to Seasunbirdia and Hiroptera during the war. Utquiagvik has stated that it hopes Seasunbirdia will give its people more rights after this. Most soldiers have been pulled out of Seasunbirdia, but a very small amount remain in Seasunbirdia in case any more nations try to get involved in this situation.

In response to the withdrawal of Utkiagvik troops from Seasunbirdia, Hiroptera also withdraws its contingent, leaving 20 tanks and 10,000 infantry to cover the northern borders. Operations "Citadel" and "Storm in the North" were completely discontinued.

Meanwhile, the Hiroptera ambassador arrived in the capital of Utquiagvik with a guard of 10 soldiers, as the top leadership and generals still do not trust the Utquiagvik government

Utquiagvik has announced its peace terms, as the war in Seasunbirdia comes to a close. Utquiagvik recommends that Seasunbirdia and Hiroptera give more freedom to their citizens, and has recommended a project that will help repair damage in Seasunbirdia, Hiroptera and Utquiagvik that was caused by the war. Utquiagvik also has brought in many guards to protect the President at the negotiations in the Utquiagvikian Capital, causing very tense feelings as Hiropteran and Utquiagvikian soldiers are now standing alongside each other instead of fighting.

Forces from the East Gralovian Seas, most of which are veterans from the Driliand war arrive approximately just 1500km away from the coastline of Seasunbirdia. Approximately 6 amphibious assault carriers and 1 nuclear-powered carrier, were escorted by 3 cruisers, 15 destroyers, and 18 frigates for ASW. Being led by Admiral Marcel Adler, the 2000km radius was immediately filled with passive sonar nets, all whilst the air was filled with AWACS escorted by stealth aircraft, constantly feeding information to the Gralovian Sattelites, giving out needed information and calculations to the friendly ships nearby, along with the command center for faster calculation of missiles. However, that did not end there. Transport ships carrying state-of-the-art equipment and battle-hardened men march against the tides and time en route to Seasunbirdia, intending to march towards the Seasunbirdian capital and establish a Technate. It was clear to all that the might of Gralov was to display its power, its ability to project its naval capabilities. Of course, there were still problems to go ahead with, but after the ground forces arrive and after the naval forces break enemy air superiority, it'll be an easy task.


As the carriers go on about sending aircraft, that does not mean the escort won't do anything. After all, they can mostly hit harder than the carrier with its powerful arsenal of missiles. Using the advantage of being closer to the coastlines by being 23km away from the carrier, the Vision-class destroyers and the Von Langen-class cruisers all open up their VHS cells, firing at least 24 GSSM-39 'Mortem' supersonic cruise missiles at a distance of at least 1477km away to strike coastal defences and airfields along with communication systems to make it easier for ground forces to move further inland into enemy territory.

A limited amount of Utquiagvikian Soldiers have been left in Seasunbirdia, likely as peacekeeping forces. Meanwhile, Utquiagvik senses the military activity in the East Gralovian Sea, and warns Seasunbirdia that a foreign attack is likely about to occur. More investigation will occur to see who the attackers are and what their goals are.

Soldiers of Seasunbidia are going to coasts, so that in case of an attack, though not to stop, but at least to slow down the enemy. At the same time, the country's Defense Minister Alexei Yazov, responding to the words of a diplomat from LeasI, said: "We allow your peacekeepers to stay in the country for as long as necessary".

Kampflerian foreign fighters continue to operate in Seasunbirdia, and many Kampflerian vehicles are still operated by rebels. Kampfler is continuing medical and uniform shipments, and the Kampflerian navy continues to operate nearby.

However, another militia of Kampflerians has entered Seasunbirdia. Pro-Government Kampflerians have taken up arms against rebel forces and have formed a micro-faction in the conflict. The lack of organization has unintentionally turned them into enemies of both the rebels and the government.

CHAPTER 1 | ARC 1 "LIBERATORS?"

A entire battalion of tanks roared to life, the tanks spitting out smoke and fire as they prepared to board a single ship - a troopship, to bring them to the embattled Seasunbirdian Government. A tank commander climbed in his hatch, flicking knob after knob as he set the variety of consoles to his liking.

"Murten, everything should be warmed up. We're ready to go." A voice came from the bowels of the tank - Sergeant Benedikt Schmidtz, his driver. His eyes adjusted to the neon lights of the consoles as he adjusted to his home - the depths of a MBT-92 "Wulf", the main tank in Weltkrian Service. His hands ran across a batch of scratches - the name of the tank, Difficult Driver, along with the wars that the tank had served in.

Giving a quick acknowledgement to his driver, Commander Murten pulled out a weathered piece of paper. His eyes scrolled across the paper, before he stuffed it in his tankers vest. They had a job to do - reminiscing could come later. He ran his hands across his weathered face as he started to recite a song - the song of the Weltkrian Tankers.

The stress was hitting him in full. He quivered in his seat as he sang, attempting to control his body to provide a good role-model. He was the best of the best, damnit!

"Where the morning wind blows away the dreams..." His baritone voice filled the cramped tank as he sang. His crew joined him as the tank clanked forward - towards an uncertain future.

"Where the young day hesitantly rises..." It was audible over the radio. The entire battalion joined in as the radio was filled with singing - a respite from the daily activities of a tanker.

"You hear our division from far away..." Visible sensors went black as the battalion entered the depths of a cargo-ship.

In the face of war, the tankers continued to sing.

The current predicament of our Comrades in Seasunbirdia concerns us all.

Capitalistic rebels currently threaten to overtake the legitimate government of Seasunbirdia. In order to ensure that the Revolution continues during these difficult times, the National Defense Council has decided to appropriate these units for a immediate intervention.

President Saltz is sitting at his desk, having just finished a very boring finance meeting, he is very much ready to turn in for the night. He checks his watch, and reaches for his mug of coffee. Suddenly, his office door is thrown open, an audible slam jolts the President up in his seat, and his coffee mug tips onto it's side. The entering man is a member of the Department of Defense, but Saltz can't quite figure out what division immediately. The man salutes, and speaks; "Sir, we've received major reports from our intelligence departments." The President stares, waiting for him to finish. "Two more nations have displayed massive interest in the conflict, and there is good reason to believe both are planning an invasion of the territory." The man drops a thick folder onto the President's desk. He grabs the file, and begins flipping through photographs, newsletters, and cliff notes.

Hours later, the President is able to herd his tired collection of confidants. The following meeting lasts an entire day, and pushes the President to the brink of passing out from exhaustion. The meeting concludes, and the Minister of Public Information releases a statement.

"The conflict in the territory of Seasunbirdia has captured the attention of our nation. We have chosen our side, and we have provided the rebel army with necessary supplies to survive against tyranny. We have tolerated blatant acts of war against our nation, and our blood has spilled aboard unarmed cargo vessels. Recently, foreign powers have decided to use this conflict as an opportunity to further their influence, and the terrifying work of warmachines has begun.

We have reason to believe, that should the war escalate, we will see threats to our people and democracy itself. We encourage every nation involved to allow the people of Seasunbirdia to fight their own wars, and avoid this seemingly inevitable conflict, for the good of the citizens caught in the crossfire.

It is with this statement, that we have come to a conclusion. If this conflict continues to develop and intensify, Kampfler will have no choice but to intervene in the war, using any military operations necessary, to see to it that peace in the region returns, and that all foreign operators are returned to their nation of origin."

As the meeting disbands, the President speaks with a parting message.
"Gentlemen, tread carefully, for nations are at stake."


As the President enters the lobby of the Presidential office, he notices a coffee machine is still operational. He quickly walks over to the machine, hoping for enough coffee to get him home. Lights in the harbor catch his eye, and he watches as the Ghost Fleet leaves Harrison Naval Port, bound for Seasunbirdian waters.

The Seasunbirdia Government is very concerned that, despite the signed peace, foreign Powers continue to send their regular army in addition to peacekeepers. "We demand to stop this offensive on our lands! This could escalate into a much bigger conflict in the future if you don't stop! Big... Gigantic... WORLD War! It can be a conflict of any scale if it is not stopped!" - Says Valery Stablin, an immigrant pony from Hiroptera, the leader of a new Seasunbirdian libertarian socialist party called "Union of Positives".

Ponyton fully supports Valery Stablin, and the country's Prime Minister Mikhail Belyashin in his "Call for Peace" stated: "Listen to the words of Comrade Stablin! It's true! If we don't stop these constant incursions of the regular army into Seasunburdia territory, it could turn into a disaster!"

Leasian peacekeepers arrive in Seasunbirdia, heading into any current or likely combat zones. If attacked they will defend themselves, but they try negotiating with any opposition first. The peacekeepers from Army Group Protector defend civilians whenever possible, but avoid battles with any armed forces that may still be in the country, as they lack armour and artillery. They also warn any new countries that as long as Seasunbirdia keeps their side of the treaty, they cannot support any rebel or revolutionary organization.
