A military airlift is collecting all Kampflerian rebels who wish to return, as well as collecting any Kampflerian owned rebel vehicles to avoid their capture. As this occurs, The Kampflerian Ghost Fleet patrols the nearby waters, checking civilian shipping lanes for mines and threatening foreign naval vessels with warning shots should they fail to turn around. The vessels have been enforcing a no-entry zone as they attempt to raise a cargo vessel that had been destroyed early in the conflict. A very odd military presence, considering previous Kampflerian response.
