I've been looking at stage 2 of negotiations and ive been thinking:

how come the negotiations are only about the leadership of the alliances like i dont mean who participates in it like i mean "Oh north korea needs to be taight a lesson" "Yes america us russians agree with you we must do something about north korea same with all of those minor nations"

Edit: i mean it appears to only be peace terms forced on the leadership and gonswanza

Phase one specifically had to do with the stuff that was defined as “In General”, meaning stuff which impacts both alliances, including a NAP, which is likely going to be on the final treaty.

Phase two is leaders only primarily because (As far as I am aware), it’s usually the leaders who sign on to any final treaty, and it’s the leaders who usually get the hardest things to deal with, such as, idk, the repercussions of signing said treaties.

In both cases, both phases ultimately impact the final treaty that all leaders from both sides are going to be required to sign, and the treaty’s terms impact everything in general as well.

At this point, I doubt it. The conference is, in my own opinion, taking longer than the average NS War Peace Negotiations, and so far I just want to move on, and I am sure others do as well.

Quite personally, I don't want a DMZ on our borders. I just want our politics to remain aligned closely together. This is likely going to prevent the event of a war more than a DMZ, because I'm sure we all remember what the Germans did in WW2

i meant a demilitarized border like the korean border not demilitarize a region like the rhineland or the boshphorus

As Galapagos stated, we are only offering you the opportunity to speak with the KTO to begin with, and to solve all IC things. OOC-wise, I know and have heard what you are saying to us OOC behind our backs, but I choose to overlook the lies and heinous things you have said about us. As I know how to distinguish between IC and OOC responses in the first place. Going forward, I provided you the opportunity to discuss matters, even wasting two hours creating the demand document. Yet, that was thrown away and not reviewed, and only slapped with a sole remark of kTo ImPeRiALiSm. South Olpen (New England) was the only person I know who gave a useful comment on my demand paper, and I answered in kind. Reminder, a KTO member made a better critic than the ODP. I'd also mention that you keep making up nonsense, such as NAP having a majority when in fact, a vote in our discord showed that 6 people voted nay and only 3 voted aye. If you really want peace, then give a proper demand with a good reason, and not just out of spite towards me. And also, answer to the demands that we are saying and don't be self-centered.
