Recently the military has captured a large town in insurgent territory and has approximately 10,000 Muslim citizens in custody currently, they've been stripped of any valuable possessions and their Durekistani citizenship, so the government of Durekistan is making an offer to the nations of the world to take them in as refugees, the Durekistani government is willing to cover any costs involved in the transportation of them to any willing nations and is open to answer any further questions you may have about this.

The qualifications are however that it must be majority woman and children, only fighting age males may qualify if they volunteer for military duty and prove blood ties with the other family members. Single fighting age males will be barred.
