Hey guys! I made a board room so we can talk about our current issues in law and our decisions in partaking in wars.

[Niran]

I think our first step in our new union should be to work on ourselves, particularly our education system. I have an education system I had already developed and wanted to ask if you two would like to make it the standard system of education for all of our nations.


Niran's Academia Plan

Levels 1-5 ages 4-12: Basic academy (BA)

Years one through 5 will be purely focused on mathematics, science, literature, history, and physical education.
Children of all TAU nations will spend 9 hours at the academy 5 days a week and 1 hour on Saturday learning these subjects. 5 hours will be spent on learning math, science, history and literature. The other 4 hours will be physical education and training for students which will get harder every year as the student grows older. Each level is two years.

High school Ages 12+: Highschool is different from BA as you actually have to apply to a high school like you would for a college. Each high school focuses on teaching up to 3 specific types of careers, trade or craft. One of these careers taught is required to be of military service. There are no grade levels in high school and the only requirement for graduation is to pass the SCT or Skill Certification Test. On average most students pass this test at age 16-20.

College 16+: Starting at age 16 students can have the option to pay for college to hone their skills even further. College standards are the same as high school in which there are no grade levels and to pass one must pass another SCT but this time it is longer and much more difficult. Colleges are only centered around one craft.

The house of representatives in Aurelleon approves of this proposal of the villages hidden in Niran. It seems like a fine school system that can supply the youth with the education they need.

The Sectoral party of the kingdom of Thunderbird approves of the educations system.

OOC: I think it's a cool plan. Some of the way the high school system works reminds me of South Korea.

(That's actually part of my inspiration. Also, sidenote, what wars do you think we should take part in?)

Before any of our nations decide to partake in any wars the nation of Aurelleon recommends we take a look at how we are actually going to operate under the same uniforms and guns. I was going to suggest a khaki camo uniform and our standard rifles for all of our nations soldiers to be a a Carcano 91/38 and a Beretta AR.

(If you don’t want to go with the same uniform we could all just wear the same patches.)

The thunderbirds would like to maintain the original blue color of their uniform, but I like the concept of all of our nations having the same standard rifles so I would gladly accept that.

[Niran]

Actually, I have a better idea so that we don't have to all change our uniforms if we don't want to. Do you watch Naruto Thunderbird? Because I know Aurelleon does. Well in Naruto different villages wear headbands that have a metal forehead protector with a symbol that identifies where they are from. I think all of our nation's soldiers should wear these headbands with a symbol of some sorts.

Passed legislation in Thunderbird, all soldiers will wear marked headband. We suggest the symbol should be a killer whale.

That actually makes sort of sense. I mean killer whales are already really cool animals in my opinion my national animal is also a fish, so it makes sense for me.

So passed legislation for Aurelleon aswell.

I accept the headband and killer whale concept too. I think it would work because killer whales actually work together in the wild. I also would not be able to use my own mascot because let's be honest who would take an army with a capybara logo seriously.

Our name has been changed from The Arterian Union to the United Arterian Explorers Club in rememberance of the OEG (Omni Explorers Guild)
