What is ICON?
ICON is a International Alliance who's purpose is for the collective Prosperity, Security, and Cooperation for and between its member states and also to promote diplomacy and humanitarian efforts. ICON member states's Prosperity and Security are the two main priorities of the Alliance whos purpose is mostly for member state's (again) prosperity, and security based on a 2nd strike basis, with the Common Defense Policy only being called upon if a member state is attack and not to be abused.
