The troops are returned to Baja and stationed at different military bases. President Peroz publicly asks for Cabo San Lucas to be returned to Baja, as it is their rightful territory. Also the candidates in the Baja elections form their platforms.

Jose Peroz- Increase national treasury by 4%, Make 5 major technological advancements, increase tourism, increase population by 6%, get back Cabo San Lucas, and improve foreign relations with all countries.

George Williams- Increase national treasury by 2%, make as many technological advancements as possible, leave Cabo to the Mexicans, colonize lands for more living space.

Peter Walshack- Increase national treasury by 7%, catch up to the most advanced nations in the world, get Cabo back as it is rightfully ours, increase population by 13%, bring unemployment to 2% or lower, and align ourselves with the countries that help us and we will help them.

OOC: Okay your imperialist attitude towards a small nation is great. That city was rightfully ours and you took it in a war that was not only unnecessary but had no basis.

Jose Peroz introduces a bill to the Tijuana Council, the first bill the council will sit on.

It states that any territory unrightfully gained by imperialist and unneeded wars will be returned to the nation of origin. It also says that if the territory is not returned the nation controlling the territory will be punished economically and territorially.

This bill sits in the council waiting to be voted on. Baja votes yes on the bill as soon as it is published.
