"I'm Tim Pool Reporting from St. Petersburg for the Last Time. We are currently waiting at an LZ for a Helicopter to fly us out to the Blockade Fleet, the Russians could no longer guarantee our Safety and with the Situation Rapidly Deteriorating New York ordered us out of the City. As you can here over the Loadspeakers "My Way" by Frank Sinatra is playing throughout the Government Sector and has been Since early this morning. That is the code that it's time for all Loyalists, Allies, and Foreigners to report to predetermined Evacuation Points. The Government Forces are likely in a Fighting Withdrawal to allow troops to evacuate and still hold the line despite the dwindling numbers. The fighting keeps getting closer by the hour and we are very likely the last foreigners out, We held off leaving as long as possible to continue providing coverage from the City. We made our way to our LZ once the front had reached a block from our safe house. Here's our Helo now. " The Helicopter lands and they board as an officer comes over and checks there Documents. "Helo One to Ironclad, Muckracker is in the Barrel, I repeat he'll muckraker is in the Barrel!" The Radio replied. "Swift Swift Swift!" The Troops Gaurding the LZ withdrawl to the Helicopter and it takes off. "Well Mr. Pool you and your Cameraman Ian are the last Americans out of St. Petersburg, Operation Burning Bear is over." The officer informed the Reporter and Audience. "Operation Burning Bear is the Codename to the Operation to Evaluate Foreigners, Loyalists, and Allies from St. Petersburg. It is highly likely that Moscow and Washington have agreed that the City is a lost cause. The Lakans, confident in their ability to wage the conflict single handedly even in face of other allies retreating, would only retreat if a direct order was issued to them by the Russian government. Due to the sheer unwillingness of the officers responsible for the operation to be held accountable for its failure, they have remained committed to completing it no matter the cost- in turn the lower ranking ones didn’t want to be responsible neither- this was your usual example of mutual responsibility, Lakan-style.
They would continue to pump the military units into the meat grinder which the Vasileostrovsky district was. Because of the militarization of their society and the developments in military traumatology, the amount of men KIA would be limited- in fact up to 98% of all casualties would be WIA- a good improvement from the 90% WIA back in the First Gulf War.

In support of the next major counteroffensive intended to push the ultranationalists and to capture a foothold for an even larger offensive ops planned to finally cut off the Vasileostrovsky from the rest of the city, a massive air assault would be launched by the Royal Flying Corps’ Strategic Air Command flying from Iceland. The attack would be carried out by over 80 different aircraft, including a secretive wing of 10 recently developed “fresh from the factory” stealth bombers, for whom this would be their first combat mission.
The attack profile is largely similar to the air raid that preceded the landing of the Marines- the fleet would launch 75% of cruise missiles it possesses to saturate the enemy defenses, primarily targeting C3ISTAR installations as well as major infrastructure, all while the units on the ground would be ordered into an average offensive action, simply to divert the opponents tactical attention to it. Then, the carrier-borne fighters, all 39 of them, each carrying a single MALD-ER or a MALD-J would launch the MALD’s, programmed to simulate their approach just like the previous time. All of this should fool the enemy into believing that the second attack by the carrier-borne fighters would be initiated, however this would hardly be true- all of them are loaded for A-A combat and in reality are there to provide MIGCAP for the bombers. While the enemy AA would be busy with cruise missiles (it is likely that they’d also scramble Su-30’s by that point and direct them towards the fighters), four stealth bombers would approach the city from the north, flying through the White Sea, and then Karel regions of Russia. Their targets are the enemy high-value assets, and while they can be detected by OTH meter-wavelength radars, nearly all of them would be pointing westward, searching for the fighters and directing the Su-30’s towards them. The bombers are tasked with destroying centers where the enemy political leadership is rumored to be located as well as C3I installations- the lack of communication would hamper the enemy’s effectiveness to coordinate an air defense system and lower their cohesion. After that, the main attacking force would move in- 50 modernized Cold-War era jet bombers mounting rather limited bombloads- most of them have traded it off for active radar cancellation and other ECM/ECCM equipment, whose power and the equipment itself takes up the majority of their payloads. 10 of B-2-like stealth bombers would also be present. The fleet is to provide them with navigation assistance as well as assist the Fleet Air Arm’ fighters in destroying the Su-30’s- while the Russian fighter may have an upper hand at BVR engagements, the data link from the ships radars and targeting assistance for AIM-260’s should help them turn the tide. The bombers are here to advance into the target in a bee line, drop their ordnance of glide bombs and then turn around and head back into the shore. The fighters coupled with the fleet would maintain air supremacy over the area, preventing the enemy Su-30’s from closing in within the range at which they’d be able to engage using their IRST’s (considering the sheer amount of ECM employed radar is hardly of good use for target acquisition and firing control). Their targets include but are not limited to bridges, ammo depots, electrical facilities and other war-essential infrastructure.
Their “big game” here to to get the ultranationalists to agree to their terms previously outlined by the Queen- the ceasing of the Kronstadt naval base to “temporary Lakan control” being amongst the most important of them.

The Attempts of Cutting off the district would prove nothing to the Ultranationalists as they can repair the bridges. As for the other effects have greatly dealt damage to infrastructure this have effected daily lives of citizens and made them more hating towards the Lakans. The MIM-104 Patriot systems have managed to reduce the damage in the city using the MIM-104F (PAC-3) upgrades the Ultranationalists have kept the systems hidden and they are using them for the right moment. The Military damage is significant they lost about two ammo depots in the Vasileostrovsky District. The Ultranationalists Political Leadership survived the brutal air assault they we're relocated into hidden areas avoiding the public eye. The Entire Vasileostrovsky District have gone dark since the bombings. The Militas deployed ATN PS31-3HPT-A Smuggled 4th Gen Night Goggles to aid them in nightimes.

In The Admiralteysky District one Shturm missile producing hidden factory was blown up nobody was killed or injured the factory was empty due to the employees taking the day off but what was lost is small amounts of the new 9M114M2-2 Missiles. WIth now the quarter of the Vasileostrovsky District in ruins the militas started using the rubble as camoflage. The VNIIRT 34Ya6E Gazetchik E MAWS, Decoy and Countermeasures Systems are deployed to counter Anti-Radar Missiles.

The Militas and the Ultranationalists have upped their game and started using Network-centric warfare to combat against the enemies. The Militas are ready for a counteroffensive by enemy forces using Artillery, Loitering Munition, Ambushes, Mines. The AGS-30 grenade machine gun is a new deployment for the militas their tactic of using it is drones to catch enemy positions and fire on them. The Ultranationalists militas received upgrades such as under barrel grenadelaunchers GP-34s using 40mm VOG-25 there appearance is uncommon. The Militas have cut off the bridges that lead to the Vasilyevsky Municipal Okrug making enemy armor incapable of encircling the offensive forces the Vasilyevsky Municipal is heavily defended with hidden Kornet ATGMs, And Shturm SMs. The Militas limited the deployment of the D-20 and switched to the 2A18 D-30 122mm howitzers. Viktor Kirilov Requested more support twelve 122mm self-propelled howitzer 2S1 Gvozdikas appeared their role is to provide fire support using the Shoot-and-scoot tactic to avoid being detected and destroyed by counterbattery radar.

The Modern Captured equipment was scratched three of them we're destroyed the Ultranationalist forces relocated them to a hidden location. In The Petrogradsky District street 96 Bolshoy Prospekt a russian convoy was ambushed resulting in another equipment capture the Ultranationalists got their hands on a new system 1B75 Penicillin Artillery reconnaissance system they found three of them with it finding a KamAZ-5350 carrying ZALA Kub Kamikaze-type unmanned aerial vehicles in the back all of the new things are stored in a hidden depot. The ZALA Kub finds it's way to the militas frontline.

The Militas in the frontlines have started using Manholes and built sangars to protect their positions. A Brigade of Romanian Ultranationalists supporters arrived in the aid of the militas calling themselves Romanian Foreign Legion. there is 2,000 of them in the frontline most of them are Ex-Romanian Armed Forces. The Ultranationalists having hard times to upgrade their missiles "Some People" have built a hidden arms factory in finland the complex is called OKB Ground Zero. This factory with advanced machinery will upgrade and smuggle weapons for them.

Satisfied with their results, the Lakans would propose a ceasefire for the duration of a week, necessary for them to safely evacuate their forces. Comically enough, despite being hated by the locals, they treat the ultranationalists with utmost respect, believing them to be quite the honorable and respectful bunch, never committing war crimes (they don’t consider attacks on military-important infrastructure war crimes, and neither does the international law), because of which the war is viewed back home as a “gentlemen’s war”, where the two sides are respectfully murdering each other. As absurd as the concept may seem to a westerner, Lakans actually believe that the Ultranationalists are doing the correct thing here, defending their homeland- so are the Lakans, honoring their mutual defensive agreements with the Russians as well as furthering their global goals. The fleet would move into Kronstadt (which was amongst the first places to be occupied by the Marines- it’ll serve as a temporary rallying point for the Lakan units routing the area. Dozens of ships would arrive to the shore and leave it, ferrying equipment to and from Kronstadt- comically enough, the Lakans propose the new ultranationalist government multiple areas where they intend to sign a peace treaty, heavily insisting on Switzerland- it is peaceful and neutral. More details regarding the post-war issues such as dealing with ERW’s (considering how heavily Vasilievsky Ostrov was shelled it’ll be an issue), exchange of POW’s- etc. The status of the Noble Red Cross would also be questioned- they intend to be allowed to built a hospital in Kronstadt and continue medical procedures from there, which would result in an only truly international hospital.

Within One week the Ultranationalists will make progress on the army reforming the White Army a once great army being in reform. Another progress on the Petrogradsky District frontline The Russian Soldiers in the Peter And Paul Fortress surrendered giving up large amounts of artillery pieces, ATGMS, Small Arms, Ammunition. And They pushed back the Main Russian Forces to the Reka Karpovka river giving access to the Grenadier Bridge leading to the Northern Districts. The Ultranationalists bolstering their frontline in the Vasileostrovsky District the militas now have modernized T-64 tanks. The Ultranationalists started using Radars in every districts to combat any future attempts from enemy forces. Anti-Air Systems have been bolstered it is now considered a hot zone to fly into controlled territories.

The Ultranationalists Goverment agreed to make peace talks in Switzerland when this conflict is over the peace treaty commences....

At The Moskovskaya Zastava Municipal Ultranationalists 5th Armored Imperial Brigade made a major breakthrough againsts the Russian Forces pushing them back to the Moscow Triumphal Gate. Over 200 Russian Soldiers have been captured and with it more Russian Armor is captured interesting captures are the new AK-12K's countless boxes found inside disabled or destroyed Ural-4320 Trucks currently a standoff is on the Triumphal Gate both side exchanging gunfire and artillery fire. Both sides started doing skirmishes on eachother.

While most of the Lakan units, honoring the ceasefire would retreat towards the Kronstadt, only a mere few would continue doing active operation- the MEDEVAC helicopters assisting the evacuation of wounded Russian loyalists (and other troops)- because of the ultranationalist’ respect for the international laws of war, even if a position on which the helicopter would be receiving casualties from, they cannot legally take neither the chopper neither it’s crew prisoner- only the wounded. Moreover, the command severely advises them not to do this- the Lakans still are treating a lot of their wounded comrades, many of whom were evacuated on these same helicopters. Hell, they may even start recognizing some of the men- as per international law all medical units use unencrypted comms, they may even be able to listen in using civilian-grade radios. Furthermore, these choppers would use similar call signs- “Romeo 1, 2, 3”- etc. The “Romeos” would use their unique status as “easy chatters” to try and start conversations with the opponents, always avoiding sensible information to not become legitimate targets because PSYOPS.

The Lakan defenses of Kronstadt, for now, would nearly entirely be comprised of units previously participating in the operation, with only a handful of Army and Marine units staying behind. Mainly, those staying behind would be engineers, Field Arty, EOD teams, etc, however a pair of Infantry and a single Armored regiments would stay behind for defense. For now, they’ll begin doing repairs to Kronstadt, with the previously mentioned gigantic Humanitarian Relief Ship anchoring offshore and beginning to provide humanitarian stuff to the shore, preparing to deliver clean, filtered water, electricity and whatnot.
The Lakans agree on the Swiss city of Geneva,- and after arranging for the hotels to hold negotiations in and settling the specifics with the local authorities, they’d fly in their delegation to the negotiations, led by the Lakan Second Minister, Grand Lady Westwood-Trevorrow- essentially deputy prime minister. The delegation’s security would be provided by the Army Diplomatic Security Corps and the local police, who would be likely to remain vigilant for any unmarked vehicles and men in gas mask- for obvious safety reasons. Their terms and conditions of ceasefire are simple- immediate exchange of all willing POW’s and ceasement of Kronstadt district to Lakans as a “temporary security measures”. As a compensation for this, the Lakans would pay the rent of approximately 50 million N$D yearly. No large-scale offensive weapons would be based there, only defensive ones at, at most, a battery-sized artillery and AShM’s regiments. Other military presence would include a company-sized infantry and a platoon-sized armor regiment as well as 20 fixed wing aircraft tops- they plan to build a small airfield there and several helipads- two attack helicopters and several MEDEVAC and cargo ones would also be present there. The naval base on the island would maintain a small fleet of several fast attack craft and a corvette. No active reconnaissance, jamming or any other systems of similar intend would be located on the island, save for radars of the SAM battery based on it or AShM radars.

The amount of military presence should not be ”set in stone” and, on agreement of both sides, may be changed.

The local population- the people living in the district before the outbreak of hostilities,- would be allowed free passage to and from the Lakan-controlled territory. All other Russian citizens would have to notify the military authorities of the Kronstadt of their intentions to visit as well as provide a valid reason (visiting relatives, work, etc) at least three weeks prior to their planned date of entrance, during which they’d be issued a one-time entry permit.

Furthermore, the Crown would agree to provide humanitarian relief to the city as well as carry on medical assistance. EOD and ERW disposal would also be provided free of charge by the Lakan military personnel after the ceasing of hostilities.

All Russian citizens wishing to enter Kronstadt and/or remain there would be allowed to do so for three weeks- this is done to prevent the Ultranationalists disposing of ex loyalist soldiers and their families. They are to be allowed free passage towards the city and none of them, their friends or their family members are to be threatened or attacked in any way possible. Regarding the extradition of Russian nationals from Kronstadt, this would be unlikely- although the local military police would agree to joint investigations with the Russian police, they will under no circumstances extradite those seeking political shelter. All citizens living in Kronstadt will be considered Subjects of the Crown and would enjoy all rights that come along with this, such as visa free entrance into most of the nations of the Imperial Union, right to be employed in most of them, etc.

The Ultranationalist Goverment now turned into The Imperial Goverment. With the new established Glorious White army they will change the tide of the conflict The Elite White Guard is currently on the Petrogradsky frontline and the Moskovskaya Zastava frontline. The Ministry of the Imperial Court have been re-established by the Imperial Goverment with it the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was important to be established again they will deal with the foreign nations until the conflict is over. The Ministry of Defense is established in the Lobanov-Rostovsky Palace will oversee the current conflict and do services with "Certain People".

Now with Imperial Goverment existing there have been Ultranationalists Uprisings outside of Saint Petersburg. Vsevolozhsk Town is now under Ultranationalists control they are not connected with the Imperial Goverment and they are awaiting the militas in the town are equipped with small arms such as shotguns and handguns there is no presence of military forces but there will be... The Novoe Devyatkino village now turned into an Ultranationalist territory the defenses there are just bunch of village folks armed with double barrel shotguns. The 21th Russian Imperial Mechanized Infantry Divison and the 1st Mortar Battalion will lead a small offensive inside the Krasnogvardeysky District their mission is to gain a foothold. There is no Russian Goverment troops but Technoscience Leftwing Ultra-Left Militas.

At the Moskovskaya Zastava frontline The 5th Imperial Armor Brigade have launched an offensive lasting for two hours the Imperial Forces gained more grounds even capturing the Moscow Triumphal Gate. The Russian Goverment Forces have retreated from the municipal letting the Russian Imperial Forces take the entire area. Upon this Victorious offensive now the Imperial Army and The White Army are capable to launch a massive assault on the Kirovsky District.

There have been massive riots and uprisings outside of the Leningrad Oblast. The City of Veliky Novgorod and it's surrounding towns and villages have turned into Ultranationalist loyalists and the same thing goes to The City Pskov in the Pskov Oblast towns, villages. The Garrisoned armies defected to the Imperial Goverment have begun capturing towns the defected officers and generals planned to encircle the Russian armies in Saint Petersburg and planned to capture Moscow to end the Russian Federation once and for all.

In Moscow there was an attempt to destroy the Kremlin Senate. One White unmarked van approached the main gate they opened the side doors revealing the same men who attacked the Interpol Headquarters armed with submachine guns such as PP-19 Bizons and PP-19 Vityaz the main guards on the gate we're killed the "attackers" entered and the massacre lasted for one hour before the Russian Police arrived OMON Special police forces went inside engaging the suspected attackers. The Attackers we're killed no bomb or chemical agent was found on the scene but the losses for the goverment is The Minister of Internal Affairs was shot and killed.

Frank Sinatra - A Man Alone Starts Playing.
The Ultranationalists forces outside Leningrad Oblast surrounded the Russian Armed Forces demanding surrender there are an estimate of 23,000 Russian Troops surrendered Saint Petersburg is now under full Imperial Control the Loyalist forces have joined the ranks of the Imperial Army. Maxim Kastov is announced Emperor. The Imperial Delegate arrived in Switzerland and is awaiting for the peace treaty to take place he is protected by Two Wagner PMCs And one Praying Mantis PMC.

The Imperial Army managed to arrive in Moscow they entered the Kremlin taking down Russian Federation flags this was broadcasted all over the world. Celebrations in the street began all over Russia people celebrated. The Russian Federation president Volgin Mikoyan was found dead in his office some say he was killed by Inner Circle Agents and other say it was suicide.

Back in Saint Petersburg the Governing Senate is re-established. Maxim is focusing on repairing the infastructure and buildings that we're damaged. The Oligarchy is abolished all of the Oligarchs we're imprisoned some of them managed to flee the country their assets have been seized. All of the communist structures are to be demolished such as Statues of communists political figures, Soviet Memorials, etc. Even though Maxim is Emperor he made the monarchy into a parliamentary monarchy he wanted the people to rule. Maxim saw the PMC Wagner Group as potential asset he decided to let them stay he sees them as a way to spread influence into other war-torn nations. The Communist Ideology is now banned any practices of it is considered a criminal act.

All Russian Federation ministries have been reformed. The Russian Armed Forces POW's are now freed and they have joined the Imperial Russian Armed Forces. Maxim is an ex-officer in russian army he began making reforms. All of the Ultranationalist forces who are now the Imperial Army and The Praying Mantis PMCs have received The Imperial Order of Saint Alexander Nevsky medal for their valor and bravery and their never ending sacrifice to restore the empire. There is still so much to be done.... The Russian Empire is born again.

“Oh, I not just “quite fancy” this position- suffice to say that I enjoy it…”-Army SMAJ to an American reporter when asked about the conditions on the Kronstadt.

With the war, possibly, coming to an end for Lakans, Army, Marine, Flying Corps and even Space Force would begin to settle in into the Kronstadt, with many transport ships arriving to bring the troops back home, many more would bring the necessary supplies to establish defenses on the islands. One of the first things to be constructed would be two lines of checkpoints, the first one located just off the end of an area where the island is connected to the mainland by the bridge- a nice-looking, “civilian” border checkpoint with a well-dressed and good-looking MP always ready to check the documents and inspect the contents of the passing vehicles- the sort of checkpoints that you can see on the Ambassador bridge between US and Canada. Conveniently enough, a small area in front of the checkpoint would be already “Kronstadt-ish”- this is here so that should any asylum seekers cross the red line, they’d already be protected by the Crown- the Lakans don’t think that the Russian Empire would be stupid enough to violate international law. The second checkpoint- several concrete bunkers housing emplaced MG’s, ATGM’s and several automatic cannons would be located a hundred meters “downrange” on both sides of the road, actually guarding the borders. Other infrastructure located on the island would be a civilian and a military hospital (the Noble Red Cross would move there), a small airport doubling as an airbase and many more humanitarian installations. The lack of these in the city is general is expected to bring the civilians to Kronstadt, where they can find food, clean water, housing, etc.

their plan to make a nation to spread their influence and ideals. But Still The Sons of Liberty has access to the Imperial Army stockpiles and arms factories. The Russian Emperor has given the Lakan army the Kronstadt Naval Base as the Naval base is old and bad The Emperor decided to build a new bigger naval base on Lakhta. Even though the Lakan's have temporary control over the island still the Russian Empire has a watchful eye over the place.

The Minister of Exterior of The Russian Federation Vasily Boravich went missing nobody knows where he is. The War ended with a Imperial Victory and Liberty Victory.
