Who are the "important characters?" This roleplay is not like the PCCL vs Romanic Imperium war thread, which has a similar set of rules but also has many well-roleplayed II regulars in attendance. I have not been able to find any named Ozeanreisendean politicians other than King Charles III and Hershey the dog.
