Reading over your SATA application, I will refrain in acceptation and membership, on the basis that you did not complete the Terms and conditions as well as we strongly suggest and recommend, should you join the SATA to refrain from using alliance resources from the following.
1. Undermine and topple the SATA Alliance.
2. Create tension and disruption of financial, diplomatic, and militarily cooperation.
3. Falsify important information to obtain more allocated funds for ones's self.
4. Hold the SATA hostage at any point to allow you to do any undemocratic schemes or attacks against SATA members, or any nations in the world.
5. Undermine or tamper with foreign political chambers to influence elections or cause disruption.
While the credibility of SATA might be up to the levels of other alliances, we do give each country their own respective due and justice until we see any activity of behavior that could undermine the SATA and potential members involved.
While the Judicial council is in the progression of construction, I will rule you have one week time to comply to the recommendations above or face application terminal and thus wait 3 years ( OOC 30 weeks), to reapply to the SATA.

This statement is contradictory to the application provided. In the terms and conditions section, Y had been selected for each of the terms provided, as indicated by bold text. In the case of scenarios provided, no evidence that the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics would commit these actions at any point in the future has been provided and is thus a discriminatory action.
