"That is precisely what our people do not think," said Prince Galo with a laugh. "Two young people--two middle aged people!--led by the heart, may be distracted, or be reluctant to examine why not to get married, but may prefer to focus on why to get married."

"Brilliant, and as much as you are doing that we hope to do the same. Although, if I may be permitted to ask of you a possibly odd question, there's something I've been wondering. It seems to me somewhat odd that a Prince has been chosen to be your nation's ambassador, that is, I'm not sure what your relationship to the Princess is."

"I am not a member of the Royal Family," he said with a smile. "I am descended from one of the great houses that swore fealty to Sombreland during the Age of Conquest. It is...similar to higher nobility, in some places, Lady."

"Huh, once again I see what you mean, but... well, we could debate this all day, but I know I at least don't want to spend all this time we have together on a small ideological difference." Sapp sighed.

"Ahh, I had a feeling it was something like that~" she nodded. "If I may ask a follow up question however, are you yourself married?"

"I do beg your pardon, Lady!" Prince Galo said to Sapp. "You may have been hearing that I was expressing my disapproval. I was not. It is not my place to do so. I was explaining how people in my country see marriage, and I thought you were explaining how people in your country see marriage. As I had said to Madame Berenice Metaxas, your ambassador, our policy is not to try to change Oktotheio in any way; merely to make our positions on the governance, customs, and intentions of our people clear, and to gain clarity on your nation. It is only my job to understand. I will only offer any critical eye if there is some policy that our countries' governments do not see eye to eye on something."

"Yes," said Prince Galo to the Queen. "I do indeed have a wife. I also have four children."

"Ah, then you have my deepest apologies dear Prince." Sapphira responded while bowing her head. "I did not mean to antagonise you but instead admit quite the same, that we have different ways of thinking in that regard and that I have no desire to try and change your mind on it. I merely thought that this part of the conversation had now run its course and sought to bring it to a close lest we unnecessarily draw it out by repeating points we have already made."

"Ah, that is nice to hear." she replied looking up again. "Once everything is formalised and our new embassy building for you is complete, you may bring them along with you to live there if you so wish."

[Sombreland]

"Ah, then you have my deepest apologies dear Prince." Sapphira responded while bowing her head. "I did not mean to antagonise you but instead admit quite the same, that we have different ways of thinking in that regard and that I have no desire to try and change your mind on it. I merely thought that this part of the conversation had now run its course and sought to bring it to a close lest we unnecessarily draw it out by repeating points we have already made."

"That is fair, Lady," said Prince Galo with a bow.

"Ah, that is nice to hear." she replied looking up again. "Once everything is formalised and our new embassy building for you is complete, you may bring them along with you to live there if you so wish."

"That is very kind of you to say, Lady Sulfur," replied Prince Galo. "And may I say, the Princess-Regent is looking forward to extending a hospitality and welcome to your own ambassador." he smiled and bowed, a hand over his heart.

"Oh, that's great!" Berenice beamed, continuing "I'm going to be looking forward to your hospitality too then~", and afterwards Sapphira smiled "Indeed, I'm grateful too, however now our time together is drawing to a close, me and Meghan have an important meeting with the Harem Girls soon so we must go, but thank you so much for taking the time to see me." while giving a wave.

"Oh, that's great!" Berenice beamed, continuing "I'm going to be looking forward to your hospitality too then~", and afterwards Sapphira smiled "Indeed, I'm grateful too, however now our time together is drawing to a close, me and Meghan have an important meeting with the Harem Girls soon so we must go, but thank you so much for taking the time to see me." while giving a wave.

Prince Galo smiled back and bowed deeply, as did the other men with him. "Ah, Lady Sulfur, it is you, with all respect, has been kind enough to grant an audience to us. Thank you."

They backed away until they were able to reach the door, whereupon they departed; they were all well trained in doing this, because their own culture required them to never turn their back on a monarch.
