In the aftermath of the Crimson-Japanese War of Independence, Japan was left in ruins. However, General Tanaka, de facto Prime Minister of Japan, alongside Dr. Chisana Akagi, leader of Crimson Tree, have once again opened the multiversal link for "Operation Saisei," a largescale humanitarian aid effort to rebuild Japan, and take control back from criminal organisations who used the war to their advantage.

Krieg almost immediately sent a few regiments through, as well as ships and other things toward Japan. Hans Lanok was back, and he had a plan, even if he wouldn't admit it. The main 'humanitarian' force was headed toward Okinawa and Miyazaki. Were they going to help in liberating it for Tanaka, or were they going to help the criminals there?

The Calptionion government has begun exporting it's massive agricultural surplus to Japan, for a fee of course, food isn't free.

Crimson Tree, situated in Okinawa, would not be accepting visitors from the humanitarian aid personnel.

The 'humanitarians' quickly turn away from Okinawa, moving back toward Miyazaki, Kagoshima, and Kumamoto.

IC: ERoA would decide to send send 100k E.R.Bs (Energizing Ration Boxes) to Hiroshima and surrounding areas.
Each E.R.B. contains enough food to feed 2 people for roughly 20 hours.

The Calptionion government ramps up it's humanitarian aid effort during the war, partially due to the fact Japan isn't a warzone anymore with armies of different countries across it. They also began selling food directly to the Japanese, while also selling other civilian goods to the war ravaged island of Japan.

It was slowly more and more obvious that Krieg wasn't there for humanitarian reasons, with the 'peacekeepers' being heavily armed, including having tanks, aircraft, artillery, etc.

War plan Z.

During the War between the Crimson tree and Japan, The Dominion of the new Rio grande sent a good majority of their military to help the Japanese with the fight against the communists as they were using weapons of mass destruction and committing war crimes across the country.
During which, The Texan military high command had prepared “Operation Abet” and “War plan Z”. Said plans were for the event of being kicked out of the universe the Crimson tree was in and preparing to continue the war through a force of surviving Japanese civilians and personnel that managed to avoid the blood bath, Anti communist volunteers and such.
They were, considerably, Bandits who would continue the fight through a guerilla war in some of the areas that were still under the control of the Texan forces.
Now that the peace has been signed and the Texans kicked out of the universe, the Japanese Werwolf guerillas are to execute said War plan and continue on, The communists must be removed from the homeland at all costs!

The Calptionion government condemn the Kreig "peacekeepers", stating that they aren't here to rebuild and keep the peace, rather take this opportunity of weakness to steal rightfully Japanese territory

While Krieg is busy seemingly invading Japan, ERoA decides to sell the E.R.B. instead of giving them for free.

Emuus notes that “It seems two nations both want to grab Japanese land. No point in fighting over decayed land.”

Krieg has attempted to establish communications with the Werwolves, with Krieg forces ordered to establish camps and await further orders from High Command, rumors circulating throughout the Krieg regiments that Hans Lanok himself would personally lead them.

For the time being Kjalåra did nothing but flight-overs and the heavy use of satellite reconnaissance to get a good picture of who and what was going on in Japan at the moment. Ships were used to intercept signals and trace the movements of other fleets. It did not seem that Kjalåra was going to recognize the Tanaka government any time soon. From what could be learnde from the Kjalåran press it was more likely that they would recognize Krieg's claim on Japan if Krieg would pay for the help provided by Calption as Tanaka Japan had no funds to speak of.

ERoA stops selling food, as it notices that there’s no point in helping them as since japan will just get taken over if the Crimson Tree isn’t actively doing things.

Krieg has looked at what it is clearly suspected of doing to simply make an announcement by Hans Lanok. "No, we are NOT trying to invade Japan. These forces are simply so uh...our convoys aren't attacked. Trust us, if we wanted to invade, we would be bringing a LOT more than this. I think you all remember the carpet bombing." The announcement quickly ended, with Krieg grenadiers leading the man to the main convoy of Krieg vehicles, including APCs.

The roman fleet after docking in port resupplied with supplies and went back through the rift. Of course they support Tanaka

The link opens. Embajador Perez is anything but elated. But this time he is not alone.

Alongside him is Admiral Juan Esteves. He brings 2 Nuclear carriers, the EFNS Miami, and the EFNS Tampa. He brings 4 battleships, The EFNS Atlantic | The EFNS Carajo | The EFNS Mojón | The EFNS Mierda, and 6 destroyers.

Alongside Juan Esteves arrives Air Commander Pedro Volador. He brings aboard 20 Fl-1 Flamingos and 20 Ta-1 Swamps on each carrier.

And lastly leading ground policing operations is General Emmanuel Castro. He brings aboard the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th Infantry Corps, as well as the 91st Spec Ops Corp and the Logistics Corp.

Perez, Esteves, Volador, and Castro both sit in the command room, discussing their plans. All have heard of the news of the recent provinces, and understand the state of Japan at the moment.

Perez: "I should have a small diplomatic force. I'll take the 3rd Infantry Corp, and bring some basic supplies to civilians in the area. When I am ready I'll call in and we can establish further control on the area."

Castro: "That seems fair. I'll take the rest of the ground forces and push into the Oita province from the north beach. Any resistance met should be swiftly ended. In the case we come across a helpful town, I will mark it for humanitarian aid. Once I have successfully cleared the area of resisting forces I'll establish a secure defense and call you in to await further conversation."

Volador: "I suggest you remain on comms, in the case you need air support I'll be surveilling the Oita province for any signs of resistance and in case there are enemy air units. I'll provide recon and support on any counterattack operations."

Esteves: "I'll prepare the fleet for action, we'll establish an offensive formation in the waters above the Oita province. We hope not to encounter any sea or air units, but we will be prepared for such an occasion."

Perez: "I guess we all agree. Hopefully, there need not be much interference in our operations."

Castro: "I doubt we'll have peace in Oita."

Volador: "Neither do I, but it's important we get the job done."

*They all nod, everything seems to be agreed upon, and the plan is all set*

More regiments were meeting up with the main Krieg force. The Krieg were still trying to set up comms with the Werwolves, however, they were trying to make sure no one would find out about this. Camps were being set up along the coast of Miyazaki, Kagoshima, Kumamoto, and Oita, where vehicles were refueling. Krieg guardsmen were ordered to kill anyone who went near the camps without authorization from Hans Lanok, except for 2 single camps that were set up to take refugees.
