Treaty of Aurtumn II [IC]

After a bloody war between the Kalisight Treaty Organization and the Democratic Federal Republic of Aursi, the two sides have agreed to meet at the historic City of Aurtumn to ensure peace between the two sides.
Rules:
1. Join if u participated in the war
2. Follow NS rules
3. Don't Godmod

Serik Ulyanov: “Alright.”Treaty of Aurtumn II I. After the attending representatives have signed this Treaty, the KTO-Aursian war is officially ended. All forces should put down their arms. Anyone who is found to have done War Crimes shall be sent to International Court to face Justice.
II. The Aursian Monarch is reinstated with a Constitutional Monarchy.
III. The monarchy shall only be a figurehead with parliament and a democratic system.
IV. All countries heavily connected to the conflict shall pay 100 million due to damages and ones who were lightly involved will send Humanitarian aid to Aursi.
V. All forces located in Aursian soil will immediately be withdrawn and be sent to their homeland.
VI. All countries will end their further influence in Aursi.

Rep. Unya Soriya arrives at the meeting, all under the flag of Janpian diplomatic IFF tag to ensure that they weren't targeted. Like every member of the Diplomatic Corps, he is wearing a suit, a tie of his choice, and the banners of the party on his chest.

For reasons still unknown - he himself volunteered to represent the Holy Armenian Empire...citing a plethora of reasons, as well as his commitment towards the preservation of said state. In his hand lies a sleek, dark-coloured briefcase...in it - no doubt - containing many an important document.

Charlie de la Mier takes a seat alongside the blue sparrows. The blue sparrows wore grey pants and jacket's with a 4 winged bird on the back of their jackets, the 4 winged blue sparrow, a bird native to Niran. There were 10 blue sparrow gang members sitting along side Charlie smoking cigars and conversing between each other,

“Our demands for this treaty are simple. The KTO must pay the Aursians back all of the money owed, without loans, and must publicly apologize for their previous treaty violations regarding the original treaty.”

The Marajarbian Representative smiled, but remained serious all the same by saying the following:
"For the Marajarbian Federation, it is pretty clear that KTO's not always what it seems. They claim to be democratic, then make up false votes under the guise of "diplomatic backchannels", which is not exactly transparent or democratic if there's no idea where those votes are coming from. Hell, I don't even recall any reports about them even taking this illegal invasion of theirs to so much as a debate! The Marajarbian Federation believes that, if and when an apology is made and the treaty is finalized, that KTO's true colors are shown, because their main intentions aren't exactly crystal clear, and let's not forget that there is an Armenian here."

"What are you lookin at?" asks one of the blue sparrow gang members. He had spiky blonde and orange hair with a blue headband.
Another gang member spoke " Yo man those are SOL folk are giving us the stink eye." The gang member next to him ignored the two as he was smoking and reading a Niranian comic book. The age of the gang members varied. Some were as old as 30 while others were 16 or 17.

The blue sparrows backed down and stuck to themselves. They knew why the SOL looked at the blue sparrows with disgust. The blue sparrows were part of task force OM, the Niranian task force who used base jumpers on the SOL fleet in the war, causing massive damage. Although it was not the sparrows that met the SOL on the front lines it was easy to blame the whole task force as a whole for what happened.

"We know your demands. The Tartanian Government will not be paying any such money to Aursians"
