Almost five months since the destruction of Fenwick Tower, George Fenwick has made his return. In a videotape released on the Internet, he threatens to destroy - within 24 hours - a small nation as a demonstration of the Fenwick Foundation's strength if the international community does not deliver up 10 million people to be enslaved.
