"THIS IS IT, BOYS!"

After many an hour of just...idling - the voice of the Chief Mate echoed throughout the deck...and with it, the launch of eight Kalibr missiles - each fired from the Harutyunyan's eight VLS cells. This - of course - was followed by the other Gepard-class frigates in quick succession...each firing from a safe, yet (hopefully) accurate, distance of about 1500 kilometres...and each hoping to soften up Aursi's coastal defenses; hoping that, in due time, their actions would allow for a swift, decisive advance. Yet - twould surely be a bit of time before such a thing could happen, right? Hopefully - their allies would follow up with their own barrages...yet Twas too early to tell. Hell - they were more-or-less relying on the possibility of drawing the Aursians towards the fleet, if anything...yet, the chances of such were - as Tateossian put it - 'slim-to-none'. And so - they advanced onwards...definitely at a much more steady pace than before. Hell - had the waters been choppy - they'd, quite literally, be sitting ducks. At the helm of the force - as always - was the valiant Harutyunyan; its followers being spread out quite a bit. Perhaps Twas a bit unconventional for the Armenian navy, yet such a formation would - at the very least - prevent the entire fleet from being destroyed in one attack, right?

As the NSS Determination was welcomed Charlie de la Mier was a model citizen throughout. The elegant man in a navy blue 1780's outfit adjusted his powdered wig and went on to shake the hands of the troops he met at the dock and even sold some goods. His bodyguards seemed to also be friendly behind their expressionless masks properly introducing themselves to the other soldiers. A red and golden carriage then came out of the NSS determination with horses, Charlie de la Mier entered and then went further inland to sell goods and meet local leaders to establish good relations. (Extra info: Niran does have cars but many rich people use carriages as luxury vehicle equivalent of having a Bugatti or Ferrari in terms of luxury.)


Meanwhile the NSS Chancetaker sails around the Aursian coast but does not dock yet as Royal gathering member Gov. Bille Cullote was having dinner on the ship with his apprentice Vice Gov. Garett Chet, who would take Cullote's place next year in the Royal gathering when his master retires. Bille was originally going to spend his last year in the mainland taking care of local affairs but when he realized that the south east ocean was going to be explored for the first time he just had to go serve as an ambassador to mark him and his family name in the history books. Who knows? Maybe major success in the southeast could get Bille Cullote in the history books and into the Royal gathering hall of fame with other retired members of the royal gathering. He was already very popular and respected even among the queen and regional lords he just needed one historic event so he could leave his mark.

The Stealth Jets would suddenly attack the MiG-23 when they weren't looking. The Anti-Aircraft Gun would hit her in the perfect spot in the Engine, which would case the jet to fall down.

As the Somuriasian fleet has entered the East Aursian Coast, Vasyl climbed up a ladder in his SU-250 to enter the fighter jet. His SU-250 has it's equipment such as missiles and bombs was installed in his fighter jet, in case they was attacked. Just 2 minutes ago, Admiral Fariz ordered him and his 2 friends to scout the landing area, even though the fleet is still pretty far away from it. The SU-250 closed it's hatch and move towards the lane, followed by other 2 SU-250s. "SU-250 code numbered A1 'Prince' asking for permission for the 'Owl Squad' to leave SPS Warsaw 7," he said through the jet's radio. "This is Captain Paul Calberg of the SPS Warsaw 7, permission granted. The sky is clear for you to go," Captain Paul replied. Vasyl activates the hover engine, and do a takeoff vertically. He turned his SU-250 to the East, and start moving East. He then increase the speed of the jet and heading East, followed by the other 2 SU-250s. As he reached the speed of 240km/h, he deactivate the hover engine and increase the speed of his SU-250 until it reached mach 1.2. "Here we are again," Vasyl said to himself. The 3 SU-250s is now moving at mach 1.2 towards East Aursian shore.

Aursian Over The Horizon Detecters would detect the Somurisian Jets flying near the Aursian East Coast. SAM batteries located on Ground which were guarded by Highly Mobilized Technical Infantry would be able to shoot the Somurisian Jets. And, U-2s would be sent to gather information from the Somurisian Jets if sunk.

SIC: Aursian Stealth Fighter Jets were on standby to combat Somurisian Jets if they attacked the U-2s.

The F-16s manage to kill off 1000 Tartanian Troops. Tartanian Troops are ordered to not surrender and to die before surrendering.

The Tartanian Government has Launched an offensive on the other side of Aursi as well. The Tartanian Air force has bombed several Vital Supply lines in Aursi. This is in order to weaken them. Tartania will prevail.

Eight F/A-19 Thunderhawk fighters streaked across the sea at wave top height, escorted by a single EA-19 Electrohawk attack jammer. Six F/A-19s carried six AGM-158C LRASM anti-ship cruise missiles and a pair of ADM-160 MALD-J decoys, in addition to air-to-air missiles. The other two carried a full air-to-air loadout, just in case enemy fighters from some other nation were to show up.

The Armenian fleet had been tracked by satellite ever since aircraft from the carrier Théodwyn had spotted them leaving port in the Mediterranean. A short while ago, an RQ-900 Hermes UAV from the Gilraen had located the small fleet as they approached Aursi, after being dispatched to seek them out. Circling well outside the range of the meager Armenian air defenses, it had transmitted the positions of their eight warships, as well as several ships that appeared to be troop transports, back to the carrier group. There were also what appeared to be a few East Korean ships some ways away, but these were of no particular interest for the moment; their force was simply too small to have much of an impact on the outcome of the war, and Mitheldalond had no desire to cause unnecessary bloodshed. If the Koreans continued to move closer to Aursi, they might have to be dealt with later on, but for now, over 1500 km from the coast, their deaths would serve no purpose.

Armenia on the other hand, needed to be taught a valuable lesson. On a patriotic high from their recent gains in the Balkans, many Armenians seemed to think that they were powerful or even invincible. It was time for them to be disillusioned of that notion, and Mitheldalond would be only too happy to take them down a peg or two.

When the formation of nine Mitheldalondian aircraft was 150 nmi from the Armenian fleet, the fighters launched their MALDs, followed several seconds later by their LRASMs. With no aerial radar assets to provide early warning, the Armenians would be totally unaware that they were even under attack until the sea-skimming missiles crested over the horizon a mere 30-40 km from their fleet. At that point, the 12 MALD-Js would begin jamming the Armenian ships' radars, making it even harder for them to defend themselves.

Not that they had much chance of survival against 36 LRASMs anyway. The Russian-built defense systems on the Armenian ships were less than stellar, and the 1000 lb warhead on the LRASM meant that a single hit could easily destroy any ship in the small fleet. The primary targets were the troop ships, but the LRASMs were smart enough to allocate a sufficient number of missiles to eliminate each target, and 36 of them was enough to sink the entire Armenian fleet twice over at least.

And then the trap was sprung. Mitheldalondian anti-ship missile batteries, which had heretofore lain concealed along the coast, suddenly sprang to life. Fire control radars switched on just long enough for the four batteries nearest the fleet to unload their missiles on the Countesian ships, before quickly disappearing back into silence as the batteries relocated to avoid a counterattack. In a span of only a few seconds, 48 Naval Strike Missiles were unleashed against the Countesians, specifically targeting the assault ships and troop transports from less than 25 km away - basically point blank range for a modern anti-ship missile.

Nearly a hundred miles further inland, the 20 F-27 Vixens of the 103d Fighter Squadron roared into the air and unleashed a swarm of 60 LRASMs against the Countesian fleet. Closer to the coast, a dozen F-27 Wild Weasels from the 493d SEAD Squadron rocketed skywards. As they were picked up by the various radars of the Countesian ships, they began to fire off a volley of 48 AGM-88E AARGM anti-radiation missiles to knock out the fleet's radar systems. This would leave the ships all but defenseless when the slower LRASMs arrived to finish them off.

The sounds of 90's smooth jazz did not greet the ears of Captain Robinson when he approached the bulkhead to the control room, neither did any sound favorable to a more relaxed and laid back shift. He stood at the cusp of the doorway, hiding behind the bulkhead edges that were usually the station of the ships security detail. There was one duty, just across from the Captain, but he was wise enough to keep his eyes forward and not pay his Chief much mind - nor alert those within. Grayson listened a bit more, then decided that further information would need to be ascertained in person. He crossed the bulkhead, two steps in being greeted by his XO.

"Captain on station!" alerted the XO, and to the Captain's surprise no one looked slack in their posture.

Looking around his control room, hands on his hips, Captain Robinson observed all the stations to see his crew intensely focused on their work. He then glanced at his XO, raising an eyebrow. It was a silent question. The XO knew that the Captain was aware of how he conducted his shifts. The silent question, emphasized by the raised eyebrow and concerned glance by the Captain to his XO, was more akin as to why things didn't seem more relaxed for the on-duty personnel. The XO caught the question.

"We had a contact near our baffles around eight hours ago," Commander Nikolas Williams offered, giving only a mildly concerned gaze back to his CO. "The crew has been monitoring it ever since."

The Captain bridged the gap between the XO and himself, approaching Nikolas who was standing on the other side of the CIC.

"Do we have an identity?" the Captain inquired, lowering his voice.

"We think it's a Seawolf-class. It's amazingly quiet and very hard to discern," the XO reported. "However, Intelligence is suggesting there's a high probability it's a Virgina-class."

"How were they able to discern this?" he asked, genuinely impressed.

"They did sir," the XO replied, equally hushed. It was a sensitive topic, especially when questioning the experts that are supposed to be assigned to Sonar. "But they also said the system had an admittedly better handle on discerning the information. There's a lot going on above us, sir. A lot of ships, a lot of tonnage, a lot of missiles, a lot of noise. It's a miracle we've been able to even hear our shadow."

"Navigation, Conn, what is the depth below my keel?" asked the Captain.

There was a slight noise as sensors on board the submarine sent out a quiet echo below the keel of the submarine. Once the echo bounced back, the Submariners at Navigation replied.

"Conn, Navigation, the depth below your keel is two-thousand, one hundred feet."

"Very good," replied the Captain. He briefly glanced at the map display below the CIC screens. He adjusted the live-feed, zooming in on his position, and examining the the Bathymetric and Topographic maps.

"Conn, Navigation. My speed is five knots, my depth is is six-four-five, and I am on course for zero-four-five."

The Captain nodded, examining the maps again.

"Conn, Navigation," he began, looking up at the CIC displays, "make my course one-two-five. Make my depth one-thousand-one-hundred. Make my speed ten knots for the transit, then make my speed three knots upon completion."

The jet is now floating above the SPS Warsaw 7, attempting a vertical landing in the carrier. The 3 jets successfully landed in the aircraft carrier. Vasyl stand up from his seat and climb down the ladder while the crews of the aircraft carrier take the SU-250s in it's place. 5 SU-250s and 10 SU-35s is now heading to the lane, preparing for deployment. While the aircraft carrier stop in the middle of the sea protected by submarines and destroyers, frigates and cruisers was deployed to the East Aursian shore to escort the landing boats.

Not to mention, it is linked with the ship's CMS, allowing them to intercept any hostile tags detected by AWACS in real-time, giving them a huge intercept response frame in case of an attack. Helicopters are also dispatched under the radars of the ships, deploying passive sonar nets into the ocean and connecting them to the CMS. With all these in hand, any hostile ships or aerial vehicles that are detected will be automatically shot down by an Exocet or Kalibr missile, depending on AI recommendations at the CMS, or when it is unsupervised. Of course, this includes incoming projectile, which must pass the fleet's 3 defense layers which is ERAM, SM-2s, ESSMs, RIM-116, before entering into the horizon where it can be intercepted by a 160KW LaWS. Also thanks to the Revolutsiya CMS and SPY-6, any satellites are locked upon by the CMS, identifying their origins and purposes, before being shot down by a SM-3 missile.

In the meantime, a group of LSDs also sails in the back of the formation, also performing sonar net deployments around the fleet, which can detect acoustic torpedoes and submarines from beyond range. Of course, they are also under the Hisshin aircraft umbrella, under guidance of the AWACS. As the surviving vessels that still turned to retreat, command ordered retaliation against the Vixen and Wild Weasel aircraft to cover their escape. Aursian Recon Planes were able to see the Somurisian Aircraft Carrier. Aursian Rafales would take off inorder to drop Maverick Missiles on the Frigates, Cruisers and Destroyers which are suspected to be statying to escort Somurisian Ships.

Aursian F-16s had already damaged the Neo Western Korean fleet. Damage from the Mithedoland weakened them morer. Than it was Aursi's time to close the door. Aursian Rafales would take off inorder to drop AGM-88 HARM missiles on the Korean fleet.
