At last the fleet had arrived in Aurisian waters. The Fleet had made some stops in the territories for logistics and last minute order changes had been made assigning a contingent of battleships, frigates, and submarines to the fleet. General Serena Aries, Supreme Commander of the Imperial Expeditionary forces in Aursi and automatic Military governor in the case Aursi was to be occupied by the Imperium, was on the command bridge of the AIA Regina. The ship bustled with activity as officers and sailors were relaying commands, orders, information, reporting to their stations. Based on intel from the Imperitoria Astral Force's satalites, the Imperium had gained valuable information on Aurisian positions and defencive implacements as well as the location of surface maratime targets. Information from the Snowflake confimed Mithedalond and Niran as primary threats to the Imperium Navy's task force and multiple Carrier based squadrons had been launched was well as early warning aircraft to scout the area while the navy prepared a surprise for the Aurisians.

Aurora Marina, the admiral of the naval contingent reported to the bridge.
"ADMIRAL ON DECK,ANIMADVERSIO!"
The officers & sailors on deck stood to attention and saluted at the Admiral.
"At ease. General, the ships are reads, Fury LAM/SMs are ready to launch, were just waiting on your order and Aursi weather today will be a rain of fire."

The Admiral got one of the walkie talkie like comms device.
"Praefect to Comms, relay general order to Fire F-LAM/SM multilaunch."

The Intercomms and comm deviced on the fleet's ships started speaking as alarms blared."
"Clear the decks, General order, F-LAM/SM multilaunch."
Sailors hurried to clear the decks as intercomms blared the countdown.

Missiles started launching from the launch cells of the destoyers, Battleships, and Cruisers and gained altitude, headed for Aursi and her defencive implacements. they would soften up the defences so Imperial Legions could land and start their offencive. The Imperium knew that mostlikey some of them would be interceped. However, thanks to the clever thinking of Military command, hundreds of smaller decoy missiles would also be launched to confuse enemy radar. Right after the last Fury launch, decoy misisles were launched in surplus so that enemy radar would be overwealmed. Imperial Aircraft had been redirected from the area as missiles went throught the sky and towards Aursi. after a few minutes, on the coast there was a blast, then another, and another, and another as the missiles started hitting their targets. Landing craft escorted by sub, frigates and cruisers with distant destoyer precense started making for the coast under cover of Imperial aircraft. The game of cat and mouse had went on too long between other nations. The Imperium was dead serious about this though and opted instaed for a direct attack against Aursi. Imperial Aircraft were also desployed in Aurisian airspace to take down enemy aircraft and gain air superiority. The Invasion of Aursi had truely begun.

The Trial Run had begun.

Before Deploying Mass amounts of Troops to the Beaches of Southeastern Beaches of Aursi, The Biggest Ship in the Novian Fleet was the 'Van Gogh'. For those of you wondering why it is called the Van Gogh, it was named after it's first mission in battle where the amount of destruction it caused looked like art.

As the Ship Drifted along the Coast looking for enemies, two smaller Destroyers accompanied a Small squad of 2,000 Men onto the Southern Shore. As they Sat in the Waters, they Awaited Aursian Orders.

Thousands of men were were lined up in front of a Niranian general in the boot camp of the storm village. These men were not soldiers but prisoners….prisoners who would become Base Jumpers.

Base Jumpers were a traditional form of water at since Niran made its first visit plane. Base Jumpers were men (99% prisoners) who would jump out of planes with a bomb strapped to their back and chest with a mask that would keep them conscious during the fall and hit the enemy base, ship, army etc.

Niran had decided to take 50% of all prisoners and POW’s and make them base jumpers. Base Jumpers were sent to camps where they would be abused by Niranian guards and brainwashed by propaganda. Then they would be assigned to a pilot who would make them jump from the plane to their explosive death by the light corp pilots, who would be sent to Ausri soon.

…The men saluted the commander as they each marched to their planes to fly to Aursi.

With the Armenian Fleet sending every piece of information regarding the short battle, such as the direction of the attack, the first detected direction, armaments utilized, jets that were spotted, and the general relative bearing of the attack, the JREF-A Fleet is immediately made aware of Mithedoland's intentions and possible locations. By cross triangling the attack, estimating the range of the jet time destination, and utilizing the recent satellite or information of the Mithedoland's fleet, the JREF-A has managed to know the enemy fleet sector, but not exactly where. As such, AWACS were directed to the general absolute bearing of the attack, while the fleet formation was expanded enough to do zig-zag maneuvers to confuse where the fleet is generally going. Helicopters from the Destroyers continues on launching passive sonar nets, while Hisshin Multirole Jets were sent to patrol the said direction of the attack. Thanks to its SPY-6v4 radars, the fleet can detect even the smallest UAV, all while being paired with C and X bandwidth of the FCS-3A. With the ship's radar suites, its range reaches further enough to detect even stealth drones, even before it can lay visuals to the fleet. This, added with the Leonidas and ARTEMIS system, enables the fleet to be covered from any possible espionage, all while detecting enemy tags first before they do. In the mean time, the fleet was divided into two, with one group containing a single Avescho-Class Battlecruiser, 3x Hanschinburg-Class DDGX, 4x Voloklava-Class Stealth Frigates, and 5x Alevayev-Class LSDs, and the other being the remaining ships of the JREF-A. The 1st detachment heads towards Aursi, all while in a zig-zag maneuver and under the cover of AWACS securing the area. Helicopters of course, continues non-stop on deploying sonar nets, and linking them to the fleet CMS. The first strike wing comprises of 14x Hisshin Aircrafts, are also sent to patrol the 1st detachment's skies, all while carrying AIM-9, BVRAAM, and AIM-260, ready to fight once the AWACS detected hostile tags. The 2nd detachment which retains the carrier and its escorts, maintains course, all while performing the zigzag maneuvers. The 2nd detachment obviously has AWACS in its east where the general direction of the Mithedoland ships are located, in which, they sent 20x Hisshin Aircrafts flying high under AWACS, and beyond that, going low under the radars. Noting that the area has been cleared from satellites, the planes travel freely with not much possible detection. Other than that, incoming satellites were of coursed punished with a SM-3 missile, all under cover from the ship's SLQ-32 ECMs.

The Tartanian Government offers to hold negotiations with Aursi to negotiate some way of getting Tartania to pull out of the War. We officially offer to host a diplomatic talks with Aursia in Havana. We hope to see Queen Aursia there.

Meanwhile, Tartanian Troops halt their attacks in case an agreement comes.

The XOF Commander "Skull Face" Ordered the navy to enter the west aursi coast again Five Scorpion-Class Destroyers, Three FOX-Class Cruisers, Six Umbran-Class Corvettes. One of the destroyer vessels "Snake-Tail" Radioed the XOF Commander on their arrival and new orders.

"This is Snake-Tail, We have arrived to the aursi west coast looks like a mess here.... We are awaiting further orders. Snake-Tail Out!"

"Good Very Good, your orders are very clear.... Shell the west aursi coastline rid me off those vermin..."

The Cruisers began to fire their rockets on the coastline some missiles we're shot down and the others landed, Two Destroyers armed with MLRS Turrets began to fire barrages on the coastline only fire and smoke can be seen on the coast.

"This is ZETA! Missile barrage is complete! awaiting further orders! ZETA Out!"

The SOLian Fleet was re-entering the West Part of the coastline located in Southeast. Aursian Aircraft F-16s were launched with AGM- Hellfires to drop Hellfire on the SOlian soldiers. Aursian Submarines took their position and sent torpedos in the ship's ways. SAMs were launched to defend the Missiles. It was 1% chance and 99% faith. 90% of the missiles could be intercepted by Aursi. Some would land but the damage caused by them were nothing to what they had seen 6 years ago.

When Aursi Fired it's torpedos hitting one of the Volgin-Class Frigates and Two Scorpion-Class Destoryers. The Volgin-Class Frigate Viper sent a transmission to other ships about the damage

The Two Destroyers sent transmissions too.

With The Capture of The Aursian heir to the Throne by Tartania, the Tartanian Government Demands Aursi's immediate and unconditional surrender. If these demands aren't met, The Heir will be Executed by The Tartanian Military.

The Beaches of Aursi,
Site of the Tartanian landings:

The Tartanian invasion had been doomed to failure before it truly began. Most of their troops had been lost at sea aboard their sunken landing craft. Most of their supplies, heavy weapons, and vehicles had been lost as well. The troops who had made it ashore had no hope of reinforcements or resupply, and had quickly exhausted nearly all their supplies and ammunition.

A single Mitheldalondian mechanized infantry battalion, fighting alongside Aursian defenders, had had little difficulty in containing the invaders. Artillery spotters hidden along the front lines had called down a hailstorm of artillery and rocket fire, and forward air controllers had directed countless bombing runs by A-10s against the Tartanians.

Sergeant Wessel was listening to the tactical net on his handheld, waiting for the A-10 pilot he was coordinating with to arrive back on station. At the moment all he could hear were some garbled reports from other units further west: some nonsense about wizards and pirate ships. His A-10 had just reported in, and Sergeant Wessel was just about to call in yet another airstrike, when the order to cease fire came down from Division HQ; Tartania had called for peace talks to negotiate their withdrawal from the war.

Once the shooting had died out, the Captain in command of the battalion had gotten on a loudspeaker to address the Tartanian troops. "Soldiers of Tartania," he called, "you are to lay down your weapons and surrender to allied forces. Your wounded will receive medical attention. The rest will be taken to prisoner of war camps, and will be treated humanely in accordance with the Geneva Conventions. If peace talks between our governments are successful, you will soon be on your way home. If you refuse to surrender, we will start shooting again. You have one hour to decide."

(OOC: Edit:) Soon after, additional orders came down from HQ. Mitheldalondian forces were to under no circumstances leave any Tartanians that surrendered alone with Aursian troops, nor were they to hand them over into Aursian custody. Apparently, the Tartanian government had abducted the heir to the Aursian throne. While this was still unconfirmed, Mitheldalondian Command was determined to make sure that Aursian troops did not try to take revenge on any Tartanian prisoners. Such war crimes would not help recover the Prince, and would only give the KTO another reason to justify their illegal invasion of Aursi.

Elsewhere along the Aursian Coast,
Vicinity of the Galapagosian Fleet:

Evidently, the Galapagosians had failed to learn from the example of the Countesian fleet, and had opted to sail their ships into gunnery range of the heavily-defended Aursian coast. They would meet the same fate as their Countesian allies.

Two battalions of Mitheldalondian Naval Strike Missiles broke cover and emptied their ready supply of 96 anti-ship missiles at the Galapagosian fleet. Half of the missiles, 48 in total, were programmed to attack their transports and landing ships before they could unload their troops. The remaining 48 were spread between the Galapagosian battleships and aircraft carriers. All of the missiles were programmed to arrive at the same time, making it substantially harder to shoot them all down.

Immediately after their missiles were away, the various elements of both batteries began the process of relocating to new areas to avoid counterfire.

As Galapagosian fighters crossed over the Aursian coast, they were met with a barrage of RIM-162 ESSMs from Mitheldalondian medium-range SAM batteries. A dozen F-27 Vixens took to the air to deal with any Galapagosians that survived the SAMs.

As such, the bearing and course data supplied by the Armenian fleet would not lead them back to the Mitheldalondian task force, and any satellite data the Janpians could find would be days old.

Nevertheless, the Janpians were not searching in completely the wrong direction, and one of Gilraen's recon UAVs in an outer patrol between the two fleets had picked up radar emissions from the Janpian AEW aircraft that had been sent to search for the Mitheldalondian fleet. The radar signal was still too weak for the AEW bird to have spotted the drone yet, but the RQ-900 was not stealthy, and it wouldn't be long before the Janpian plane detected it.

Aboard the carrier Gilraen, four F/A-19 Thunderhawks were being armed for takeoff. Three of the jets were loaded with 10 AIM-120 AMRAAMs and 2 AIM-9 Sidewinders. These three were to protect the fourth Thunderhawk - armed with 4 AIM-56 Phoenix IIs, as well as 6 AMRAAMs and a pair of Sidewinders - from any Janpian fighters that might be escorting their AWACS.

It fired the fourth and final missile from a range of 150 nmi (~278 km), then turned around to fly back the way it had come. One by one, the other three fighters, which had hung back before, broke off and flew towards the AWACS, keeping at least one radar looking in the direction any counterattack was most likely to come from for as long as possible. Turning its cameras in the direction the signals were coming from, the drone could make out several thin, zig-zagging white lines on the ocean surface far away: the wakes from a group of ships. While the UAV was still too far away to clearly identify the ships producing those wakes, this didn't really matter much. Their formation, behavior, the characteristics of their radar emissions, and the presence of Janpian aircraft left no doubt as to the ships' identity: the Janpian fleet had been found. Forty-eight ADM-160 MALD-J jammer decoys, interspersed with 272 AGM-158C LRASM anti-ship missiles, were launched from the four huge aircraft in less than two minutes. The MALDs were set to jam the radars on Janpian ships, and aircraft, severely degrading their ability to engage both the incoming anti-ship missiles and the now-retreating bombers. With so many targets to deal with all at once, the Janpian ships were now in a desperate fight for their lives. It was almost certain that any ships lucky enough to survive the attack would be damaged more than badly enough to render them totally incapable of any kind of combat operations.

With their initial job complete, the two RQ-180s began to make their way out of the combat area. They would go refuel at the tankers before returning to assess the damage after the attack was over. But the radar-warning-receiver on the drone that had detected the fleet pinged an alert: a Janpian fighter radar was coming toward the UAV, and it was closing fast.

The Tartanian invasion had been doomed to failure before it truly began. Most of their troops had been lost at sea aboard their sunken landing craft. Most of their supplies, heavy weapons, and vehicles had been lost as well. The troops who had made it ashore had no hope of reinforcements or resupply, and had quickly exhausted nearly all their supplies and ammunition.

A single Mitheldalondian mechanized infantry battalion, fighting alongside Aursian defenders, had had little difficulty in containing the invaders. Artillery spotters hidden along the front lines had called down a hailstorm of artillery and rocket fire, and forward air controllers had directed countless bombing runs by A-10s against the Tartanians.

Sergeant Wessel was listening to the tactical net on his handheld, waiting for the A-10 pilot he was coordinating with to arrive back on station. At the moment all he could hear were some garbled reports from other units further west: some nonsense about wizards and pirate ships. His A-10 had just reported in, and Sergeant Wessel was just about to call in yet another airstrike, when the order to cease fire came down from Division HQ; Tartania had called for peace talks to negotiate their withdrawal from the war.

Once the shooting had died out, the Captain in command of the battalion had gotten on a loudspeaker to address the Tartanian troops. "Soldiers of Tartania," he called, "you are to lay down your weapons and surrender to allied forces. Your wounded will receive medical attention. The rest will be taken to prisoner of war camps, and will be treated humanely in accordance with the Geneva Conventions. If peace talks between our governments are successful, you will soon be on your way home. If you refuse to surrender, we will start shooting again. You have one hour to decide."

Mitheldalondian forces were to under no circumstances leave any Tartanians that surrendered alone with Aursian troops, nor were they to hand them over into Aursian custody. Apparently, the Tartanian government had abducted the heir to the Aursian throne. While this was still unconfirmed, Mitheldalondian Command was determined to make sure that Aursian troops did not try to take revenge on any Tartanian prisoners. Such war crimes would not help recover the Prince, and would only give the KTO another reason to justify their illegal invasion of Aursi.

Evidently, the Galapagosians had failed to learn from the example of the Countesian fleet, and had opted to sail their ships into gunnery range of the heavily-defended Aursian coast. They would meet the same fate as their Countesian allies.

Two battalions of Mitheldalondian Naval Strike Missiles broke cover and emptied their ready supply of 96 anti-ship missiles at the Galapagosian fleet. Half of the missiles, 48 in total, were programmed to attack their transports and landing ships before they could unload their troops. The remaining 48 were spread between the Galapagosian battleships and aircraft carriers. All of the missiles were programmed to arrive at the same time, making it substantially harder to shoot them all down.

Immediately after their missiles were away, the various elements of both batteries began the process of relocating to new areas to avoid counterfire.

As Galapagosian fighters crossed over the Aursian coast, they were met with a barrage of RIM-162 ESSMs from Mitheldalondian medium-range SAM batteries. A dozen F-27 Vixens took to the air to deal with any Galapagosians that survived the SAMs.

They are told that this is a suicide mission, Troops are given a small pistol in order to end their lives to avoid capture if the worst comes. Tartania will prevail.

During the Night, the Heir to the throne of Aursi was Taken outside. They were led to the small prison yard. They were tied to the metal pole that Was behind him, they were then blindfolded. A small group of soldiers that were armed came out of the shadows, and there was a Camera Standing near them. and on the orders of "ready, aim, fire!" The firing squad all fired. The Prince was later announced dead by The medical staff who oversaw the execution.

The Execution had been recorded by the staff of the prison. The heir was then taken to the crematorium where they were cremated.

The Tartanian Military has been mobilised in case of an attack of Tartania.

With the Tartarians and their invasion up north the Aursians couldn’t afford to defend the entire country and whatever was there was hopefully killed in the bombing raid and naval barrage that had seemingly decimated the shoreline. From the ships further out you could hear a multitude of songs being played, everything from country to death metal was being heard out from the big ships and the resulting sounds were interesting to say the least. Destroyers loomed near the carriers like bodyguards protecting them from Aursian “saviors” countries that many Galapagos soldiers like to say “had a moral high ground” their governments were usually uneducated on the situation and saw it as an ability to strengthen themselves while knocking the KTO down a peg or two.

The previous day had been much more calm. Cooks were busy preparing steak meals, sailors were lounging around on deck, and soldiers were in neat hysteria reading the new newspaper article the Marjarhapians had written. Many Galapagosians saw Southeast Marjarhapia as a 3rd world country, a ghost of what it once was. They had read stories of Marjarhapian children starving in the streets and families loosing their life savings. Now the previous joy was diminished as the only words spoken by soldiers were they prayers, sailors were working tirelessly to fire battleship shells or defend the transports. Galapagos fighters flew around like angry mosquitoes, looking for something to bite on. All around was the well oiled machine that was the Galapagos military and now, like Maqqudashi, they were invading a former competitor once again for better or for worse Galapagos troops were landing on Aursi

For this purpose Task force OM was created. The only troops Niran will send to Ausri. The branches and organizations of task force OM that will ship out tomorrow are:

Base Jumpers: Prisoners and Pow who were brainwashed and abused to jump out of a plane with bombs strapped to them. Thousands of these unfortunate men and women will be sent to Ausri.

Light corp: A group of Niranian pilots who have volunteered for task force OM. They are known as some of the most effective and determined pilots in Niran. They will be in charge of dropping Base Jumpers from the sky and fighting other planes in the sky.

Base Runners: Prisoners and POW sent to fight in the front lines of the Ausri war. They have also been abused and brainwashed and have bombs on their backs that will be set off if they disobey.

Ants and Rats: Niran’s lab experiments. Mice and ants who have been genetically altered to look human like.
