Transparency of votes? Do you know the sanctity of ballots? Ever wonder why in general elections the voter's name is hidden from public? And as I said a countless times, KTO legislations depends on the players if they want to. I'm not the guy to pursue stuff that violates national sovereignty by altering state affairs like education and stuff under the guise of international legislating enforcement. But anywho, grudges simply don't go away that easily. WW2 was 60+ years ago, yet they still never forget. So my suggestion for you is to actually attend a trial, a meeting regarding the international code of conduct, or the blockade would continue.

There will only be two IC threads which will go back to traditional and old school styles like many smaller alliances in the past, because this is not a World Assembly alliance.

So far, the leading candidate is Aursi, who, like IHS, has come up with a decent proposal which, if implemented, would do a lot of good for the UADC as a whole from the looks of it. Time will tell if Aursi wins, though, as IHS is close behind. Whoever wins will be doing the bulk of the work for UADC for the next month, as previously mentioned, so one last time, I advise both candidates to please post their respective proposals so that future members may know what they would be getting into.

The Aursia Proposal is a plan written by Aursi's two most prominent politicians. Mayor of Aurtumn Aursia and the President of Aursi, Calvin Dexter. This was introduced in the Aursian Parliament. This plan was appreciated by the MPs. Former Foreign Minister called this, "A Great Plan for a future world." Their Plan consisted of this,

Alliance Structure: The Alliance will be run by the Boardroom and the Coucil. The boardroom will be where every member of the alliance will debate and vote on everything. They will be responsible for creating Legislation. The Boardroom will be led by a Secretary General who will approve Every Legislation after the voting is done. The Council will only consist of founding members and the councilors. The Councilors are Councilor of Treasury, Councilor of Justice, Councilor of Military Affairs and Councilor of Foreign Affairs. They will lead the Department of Treasury, Department of Justice, the Deparment of Military Affairs and the Department of Foreign Affairs. The Council will vote on which wars to intervene and other important matters. The election for the Secretary General will be held every year (OOC: One month). One Person cannot run for two consecutive terms. They will have to skip one term before re-running in the Elections. There will be an Applications administrator. They will help the founders to accept, deny or demote members of the alliance.

Departments: The Alliance will have four departments. The Department of Treasury, Deparment of Justice, Department of Foreign Affairs and the Deparment of Military Affairs. All of them will have councilors leading them. These councilors will sit with the founders in the Council in order to discuss important matters about the alliance.

Chain of Command: Under The Aursia Proposal, the alliance would have a strong Chain of Command. Which would have Aursi as the 1st in Command, Meretica as 2nd in Command, Muqaddasia as 3rd in Command and ESS as 4th in command.

Military: The Alliance will have an army led by Councilor of Military Affairs. Every nation of the alliance will be required to send atleast 1,000 soldiers to the army. This army will be used to protect members in case of war happening. The Alliance will also have Peacekeeping forces who might be deployed to protect peace in the warring region. If a nation of the alliance falls into war, there will be a vote on whether the alliance will intervene or not. The vote might be cancelled if founders agree to make an exception. The alliance can't occupy a nation. However, it can help a member state who occupies a land.

Economy: The Alliance will have a treasury under the supervision of Councilor of Treasury. Every member of the alliance shall contribute 2% of their GDP towards the alliance. The Alliance will try to secure Trade Deals with other nations in order to develop the economy.

Justice: A Court will be established. This will be under the jurisdiction of the Department of Justice. This court will sentence Criminals from all over the world. The highest sentence will be death Penalty. But it will only be used if the criminals crime caused more than 5 people to lose their lives.

Foreign: If The Aursia Proposal is established, the alliance would try to stay in its borders, but will step out if needed. The Alliance will only merge with alliances that will be agreed by a 60% majority. The Alliance might partner with alliances to reach its goals. Trade deals and joint ambassadorial program will be made. But this will not be considered a merger. Other alliances will help us rebuild the world from the destruction of the Civil War Season. We will definitely use diplomacy in the world stage. In case of a war we will try to be a mediator between the two sides with a vote.

Proposal M

1- Expansion and protection
Under Proposal M, the UADC will make finding members a priority. An alliance military shall be founded. Alliances will not be absorbed unless they have the same ideals as the UADC (namely, freedom, democracy, human rights and the protection of international law) and a majority of their members are friendly towards the UADC. Any significant war or other event where human rights and/or international law is being violated must be discussed by the alliance. If any member of the UADC is attacked, all other members must declare war on the aggressor, unless 60% of the members decide otherwise.

2- Economic growth and stabilisation
An alliance treasury shall be founded. Every member shall contribute 2% of their GDP to the treasury per year, unless the majority of the members and founders decide to make an exception. The yearly (OOC: monthly) expenditure shall be decided by the Council of Leaders. Trade routes shall be established between all member nations, and trade deals between all member nations are required.

3- Council of Leaders
The Council of Leaders shall be formed, which shall be a council of three UADC members who will decide yearly expenditures, partly decide if an exception in the contribution in the treasury is necessary, accept members, expel and/or demote members, appoint the Applications Administrator and the Military Advisor, and approve any decisions made by the members. They shall be elected every two years (OOC: two months). The CL cannot be demoted.

4- Applications Administrator
The Applications Panel shall be a UADC member who can accept or deny applications and demote members. They can overrule the Council of Leaders’ decision in accepting and denying, but they cannot overrule the CL’s decision in demoting members. The Applications administrator can be demoted.

5- Military Advisor
The Military Advisor will be a UADC member appointed by the CL who shall supervise all the UADC’s military affairs. They can propose plans and strategies and will report every six months (OOC: 15 days) about the UADC’s military position. They will be in overall command of the UADC military unless the CL and the majority of the members decide to strip them of their position. The Military Advisor cannot be demoted by the Applications Administrator.

6- Legislative Assembly
The Legislative Assembly shall propose and vote on acts. All of the members of the UADC are automatically part of the Assembly. There will be five levels of “necessity”: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green and Blue, with Red being the most “necessary” and Blue being the least. The higher the necessity, the higher it is placed on the que, and thus the quicker it is voted on. Members can motion to raise or lower the “necessity”. Once a vote is passed in the LA, it becomes official alliance law.

7- UADC Court
The UADC Court will be run by the Council of Leaders. Any member of the UADC may hand over criminals if they wish. However, any criminals captured by the UADC will go to the court. The highest punishment will be life in prison.

That will be up to the winner of this election. A lot of work has to be done to make sure that certain things happen.

I would like to congratulate Aursi for becoming UADC’s first leader! Now that the elections have ended, it is Aursi’s job to open up the Boardroom thread so that UADC can finally be considered open for business.
