Following a move from the Kalisight Treaty Organization to harm the Marajarbian economy by passing a proposal to deter Marajarbian ships and goods from reaching their destination intact (viewtopic.php?f=5&t=516903), the Marajarbian Government has decided to make an official Boycott, Disinvestment, and Sanctions Document of the founder and sole leader of the KTO, Janpia as one of many retaliatory measures. Should more signatories sign on to this documentation, the aforementioned signatories would be bound by the following terms:
-Signatories agree to never buy products exported from or made in Janpian soil.
-Signatories agree to escort Janpian ships in the waters of signatory nations.
-Signatories agree to arrest Janpian sailors and naval officers, seize Janpian goods, or impound Janpian ships should there be aggression.
-Signatories agree to a mutual defense pact of one another, primarily with the main interest being to protect trade routes amongst one another.
-Signatories agree that the BDS will be in effect for as long as possible, until the Janpian Government officially changes their ways.
Until the Janpian Government changes their ways or the proposal made to deter Marajarbian shipping is repealed and negotiations can start because of it, those who sign on to the Janpian BDS will be bound by the above terms, and said signatories ought to abide by most, if not all terms in order to ensure that the Janpian Government learns that they must be held accountable for their various attempts at disturbing the peace.
