Janpia is a communist state. By joining a pact to weaken their influence and the influence of several leftist allies of theirs, the BDS is indeed helping to contain communism. Furthermore, nationalising industries does not a communist make. Indeed, numerous industries in the NSAR are partially maintained by the state.
(OOC: Nationalizing businesses doesnt make you a communist, what? If this were the case, would you describe the UK's nationalization of industries in the late 40s and 1950s it becoming a communist state?)

Was it done on the basis of them being labor camps and in the name of communist revolution? Or was it done because it's standard procedure for a military occupation of a piece of land, particularly when the land's business owners have a history of slavery and therefore may not be appropriately trusted to run businesses without substantial change and reform of the land via said military occupation? If the nation doing it isnt communist, and doesnt do these actions in the name of communism, it's likely not communism. We'd appreciate if you stopped your nation's grasping as straws in attempt to depict us as misguided or hypocritical.

With all due respect, if any other country had done such a thing your nation would be proclaiming them authoritarian communists.
You are not fighting a fight against communism, nor against slavery. Unlike Southeast Marajarbia, Janpia has made no effort to force their belief systems onto the Galapagos which, mind you, is a nation that joined an Arpasian led coalition in order to fight international slavery.

It is my hope that the Janpian government and by proxy the Treaty Organization its heads can come to an agreement to end cold hostilities.

Typical pinko lies we see from a typical pinko nation. Authoritarianism, though something to be loathed and combated, may at times be necessary for a brief time when a region or area cannot appropriately be given complete autonomy over its own affairs or when a society left uncontrolled will degenerate. We ourselves are forced to create similar conditions on our holdings in the Senora Wasteland, for the people of New Venturas cannot be trusted not to support such factions as the slave-holding Legion or the drug-hoarding Fiends without temporary military occupation of their lands.
For the non-communist nations with the values we share, this is always intended to be a temporary period of reform and new management as the nation is slowly transformed into the free system of capitalist and free market enterprise. For commies, this state of authoritarianism is always the end goal, and it always remains as such. As for the fight against slavery, we consider any endeavor or struggle against any communists in any way a fight against slavery. After all, with few distinctions, communism IS slavery.

Your country possesses no desire to bring an end to authoritarianism. If you did, you wouldn't align yourself with nations like Muqaddasia. You simply wish to install your own curated brand of authoritarianism, and you have no qualms with oppressing free-loving, sovereign nations in order to do so. Socialism has been, and always will be, the system of the people. Nations like Aumbura, Janpia, and the honorable Aquaria have demonstrated more freedom for their citizens under collectivist rule than your smog-laden hellscape of a country could conjure up in 100 beaver years.

The Party simply refuses due to the lack of substantial claims or grounds. However, the slavery on Galapagos cannot be denied.
