- Creation of a council with the countries that were involved in the conflict, including the USA.
- Together with the council, we want the creation of an Economic Recovery Fund for Ontario, which will have a president elected by the council of nations, and of course, he will be supervised by the council, and obliged to account for all the work done.
- The creation of a Free Trade organization involving Ontario, and the member countries of the council. In addition to opening the Ontario market to the world.
- The belligerent nations will need and will be OBLIGATED, to rebuild the destruction, and to finance or help projects to develop Ontario's infrastructure.
- Ontario cannot be very militarized, having only 25,000 to 50,000 soldiers, and the call-up of reservists must go through the vote of the council created by the treaty
- Ontario must create a semi-autonomous region for the natives, due to their contribution to the "certain end" of the war. And of course, help the region to develop EQUALLY with all of Ontario.
- Establishment of non-aggression pacts with ALL council member countries.
- In case Ontario tries any military intervention against member countries of the council, or against other nations WITHOUT the authorization of the council, a military intervention against Ontario can be approved, the same goes for economic sanctions, and blockades of routes.
- The treaty establishes the "Stabilizing Measure" that in case of any period of instability, Ontario can be militarized ONLY by member countries of the council.
- Ontario must guarantee access to, health, education, employment, internet, and opportunities for its citizens, the same for its political freedoms, and freedom of expression.
Those are my terms for the treaty, anyone can propose different things, or change some of my terms."

"Hang on a second, since when were we involved? I mean sure, we were going to get involved, but we never got the chance, we didn't even make it to Alaska. Have you even looked at the calendar date, those attacks happened on November 19th, days from now. We were never involved with any of this! Don't confuse fact with rumor, nethier us nor the US actually attacked anyone. I mean, we will still be providing aid because its the right thing to do, but leave us out of this council."
