Im saying the People of Quebec are friendly to the Imperium and some have joined the Imperial Auxilia (Imperial Foreign Legion) as an alternative to the LS Armed Forces, because of our friendly relations, and to connect with other French Speakers around the world and in the Imperium.

You can't dictate what other people's citizens do without the consent of the other player, AI.

I made an entire post about legionnaire training and have to rewrite it again sincerely.

Ok so basically:
Legionnaires are trained to be one of the most capable fighting forces with 8 months of training and some of the best equipment courtesy of LEO, NEO, MRD, and the Imperial Department of Science, They can fight in multiple fighting styles and weapons, such as their Rifles, lose the rifle use a pistol, lose the pistol then use an explosive, loose that then use a knife, lose that then use a dagger, loose that then fight tooth and nail or improvise with whatever you can find, they are taught to treat their fellow legionnaires like their family. Legionnaires are also taught to be self sufficant like the Ancient Romans were in case they are low on supplies. All these make an Imperial Legionnaire and and Imperial Legion a very capable force and one to be respected an feared.

One is called common sense and according to my french lessons and geo culture, french people tend to get along more with other french speakers, two LS isn't the only person who owns Quebec.

You didn't exactly say that though, you said that the Quebecois have an "alternative" to the LS armed forces in the form of your legions. Ergo, you dictating to other players what their citizens can do without the players consent.

Wait by socialists do you mean the Kingdom or the Republic because if your support the republic then you're good but if your support the Kingdom then screw you and eff off.
