The world is a place filled with wickedness and spite, evil and suffering, injustice and tyranny. Those who wish for good must strike out alone, with hate and spite thrown at them.
The world favours the ones who wish for destruction and power.

This must come to an end.

This is the purpose of GLEN: an alliance to end suffering and wrong done by countries, groups and individuals. We intend to put an end to practices such as slavery, piracy and murder, and help prevent and remove hunger and poverty. We wish to bring the noble, the just, the peaceful together under one banner.

This is a chance.

Do not waste it.

CHARTER OF THE GLOBAL LEAGUE OF NATIONS

1- If any nation in this alliance is attacked by another nation outside it, all nations in GLEN are required to declare war on the aggressor.
a) If the majority of the alliance decides that an exception should be made, 1 can be ignored.

2- Trade routes shall immediately be made between member nations when they join.

3- All members get one vote on any decision proposed by any member nations.

4- If GLEN decides to intervene in a conflict, all nations are required to send at least 5,000 peacekeepers to intervene.

5- Members of GLEN are required to forge economic deals with each other.

6- A GLEN military is to be formed. It shall have a peacekeeping section, an intervention section and a Member Defence section.

7- Muqaddasia and any other nation the members decide will have the ability to accept or deny applications.

8- A GLEN treasury is to be formed. Every member is to contribute 3.5% of their GDP to it, unless the members decide for an exception.
a) The members shall decide GLEN’s yearly expenditure.

The Union of Party Members Committee (UPMC) is the legislative front that is coordinating with the Party Central, who manages the Commissars, laws, ministries appointed by the UPMC, order, enforcement of laws, adjourning and starting sessions, basically all things beurucratic. The Party Central members, numbering up to 1,000 is voted by the UPMC. Oh and back to the topic.

As the name suggest, the UPMC is a Union of Party Members. We define Party Members as how nations define citizenship. Thus, the UPMC is a direct democracy, manned by the the Party members themselves. The UPMC sessions at Fort Kalinka involves everyone who are willing to join the political spectrum or debates. Those who cant attend the UPMC sessions can say their concerns or whatever to a labor union representative, who must attend the UPMC sessions to voice out any concerns. The labor representative is a must on every workers unions, and it is a law. So in short, you can say that my legislation is well, the population. And thus, you can say that the UPMC Hall and building is the biggest room and building in Fort Kalinka
