As far as I know, Undemocracy is a member of the CIS.

Doesn't change the fact that I do not want the OOC Thread to be used for hocking weapons. That needs to be kept in his storefront thread or TG it to people he wants to try and sell it to.

Was that meant for RI or something? If it was, you could’ve made it into a diplomatic message, offering weapons, or something.
