Failure to do so will result in the Empire of Greater Nifon initiating a Grand Coalition of all anti-CIS parties to contain the present threat.

Your excellency, as I have expressed multiple times I am open for negotiations and an end to hostilities.
Phenyzia has achieved it's natural borders and is not interested in further territorial expansion, therefore I can guarantee you that there will be no further conquests.

I have also multiple times expressed my desire to achieve a new balance of power in which all our nations can prosper, Greater Nifon is a natural ally to the empire and I am sure we can reach conditions under which Nifonese business interests are better protected going forward and compensation can be arranged for inflicted damage.

Furthermore I would like to point out that I have, quite a while ago, already issued a decree that we will not disrupt international trade or close down trade routes. Any present disruption is caused by nations that would rather sanction or threaten the empire's territorial integrity than accept the new status quo.

Once again I assure you that a global balance of power is very much in my interest as well. Greater Nifon is welcome to be a part of this new order and I assure you that recognizing our present borders will be very profitable for Nifonese business interests. If you are truly interested in achieving a balance of power then I urge you to convince the nations of the IFC to open negotiations and put an end to this conflict before it truly destabilizes the world.
