Denied. For the same reason follows as with the Atlantic Federalist Republic or any various countries that have full association with other military and economic organizations/blocs. The main reason of why we deny such of those due to the basic functions and principles of our charter being left to be unfulfilled due to the conflicting ideals of our charter against other organizations. We cannot fill our quotas and the path of a unified alliance if one of our member-state cannot act in accordance to the charter.

Observers are not required or are obligated to defend regular members: and the same goes in reverse- Which is we aren't obligated to defend our observers. The only power they have in the Accords is to observe council meetings and the privilege to be considered second (Members come in first) in economic agreements before any non-MCA member.
