The pirates are asked to all gather in a precise location of the ocean and to then wait for us. A single destroyer will be then sent to meet them although keeping distance. Patrol boats carrying negotiation teams . However no real effort will be made to negotiate. This will simply be a stalling attempt.

Suddenly one of the pirates ships a small frigate let loose a small volley of missiles at the Sonakion destroyer, they were quickly destroyed by anti-missile systems. The frigate did not have the time to fire more. A bomb had swiftly dropped upon it shattering its front Hull, tearing away its surface yellow flames greedily burst from the oil barrels and wrapped around the frigate. A stench of burning flesh filled the air. Other pirates attempted there own offensives but suffered the same fate. Some realising fighting was futile attempted to flee but the pirates were packed together like sardines it was impossible to leave without cooperative something the pirates at this time lacked.

"We await your decision, we trust you'll make the right one" the Sonakion Destroyer called in a mocking manner.

Acornesian Sea
A Bornaian UAV sent from the K.B.S Sol flies above the sea, being guided to search for enemy forces. A few hours off empty seas with the occasional clouds floating in the clear blue sky, the UAV have accidentally saw the explosion from the destroyed pirate's missiles in the far horizon. After a brief second the UAV are quickly controlled to fly to the source of the explosion.

Multiple screens on the wall are showing the feeds sent by the UAVs. After a while, an explosion was seen in one of the screens, a soldier said to the captain "Sir, it seems like UAV number 4 have caught sight of an explosion, should we investigate it?"
The Captain seems to be delighted to hear this news as he said "Wonderful, set course for the UAV to investigate the explosion and put the feed on the main screen."
The soldier replied "Yes, sir!" as he controlled the UAV to fly to the explosion then connects to the main screen. After a while, the UAV arrived as the Captain and the senior officers watch the main screen as multiple ships slowly uncover from the horizon, then one of the senior officer shouted "That's the Pirates and Sonakion Force! It seems we have found something interesting!"
The captain replied "Indeed we do, but for now, let's just wait and see"

0600 Hours: Clasita Airport, Democratic Confederation of Acornesia

The C-17 transport planes rolled down the strip after landing at Clasita Airport quickly taxiing off the runway and to a relatively clear predetermined assembly area to unload their cargo and soldiers. The Guadalupadorian Peacekeeping Contingency in Acornesia had arrived; complete with their Blue Helmets and International Freedom Coalition-Peacekeeping Force patches on their uniforms. Numbering less than a thousand, the Dorian army's objective was to assist the new government of West Acornesia in the training of its armed forces and police, assist other countries in the region to prevent treaty violations from occurring, and to well, keep the peace. From recent reports on Acornesia before the arrival of the Dorians it had seemed that the war was still going on, with most of the involved countries mobilizing thousands of soldiers for no tactical reason. Lt. Colonel Vasyas Gaithu, Commanding Officer of the Guadalupadorian Peacekeeping Mission: Acornesia was himself perplexed at the amount of fighting with insurgents on both sides as well as the numerous treaty violations that had been happening.

What'd I volunteer for? was Gaithu's first thought as he read the first intel reports coming in from the front. The Lt. Colonel shook his head in disbelief. This wasn't just some occupation duty there was still a full-scale conflict going on in Acornesia. He looked onward as his troops were hard at work turning their airport assembly area into a small but formidable base of operations. By the end of the day, the burgundy and gold flag of Guadalupador was flying high above Clasita Airport alongside the blue and white flag of the International Freedom Coalition. The perimeter was well defended and the helos were being prepped for their first full day duty above West Acornesia. Gaithu sent a message to the central government of the Democratic Confederation of Acornesia at nightfall once the activity at the airport had simmered down.

Separatists claiming independence for Ovalaria and complete removal of Acornesian identity currently contained mostly East of the buffer zone are engaged in battle with both Cult forces and rapidly mobilising Kwazist forces. In the west, the United Kingdom of Acornesia claiming the treaty must be overturned in favour of a kingdom uniting both sides have been moderately successful in pushing back the untrained and ill-equipped West Acornesian army. So far, the East has been much more successful in mobilisation efforts as well, while the West is relying on militias to do the fighting due to a lack of trained generals.

Above the Pirates and Sonakion Fleet

The UAV are shaken by the sheer force of the shockwaves from the explosions as it almost got flipped upside down. It is fortunate the UAV are painted with radarwave eating paint as it makes it hard to be noticed by even moder radar systems. As the explosions are coming to an end, and the smokes are dispersed, multiple warships of different classes of the pirates as billowing of smokes comes out from almost all of the pirate warships while some seems to be surrendering to the Sonakion Forces.

K.B.S Sol, Command Center

Silence blanket the Battleship's command center as multiple explosions of different degree are seen before the shockwave pushes the UAV violently. After some time, the smoke dispersed and burning pirate warships billowing smokes can be seen as the remaining intact warships seems to be surrendering to the Sonakions. "My god, what just happened?" asked a senior officer.
"It seems like multiple explosions started one by one on those warships, it's most likely self-destruction to prevent the Sonakions from getting anything useful out of them but it may also be a rigged explosion from a Sonakion spy or multiple Sonakion spies infiltrating the pirate's ranks or some kind of death laser that we can't see with our naked eyes." answered a senior officer with glasses.
As the conversation continued loudly on what just happened, the captain loudly shouts "All of you, shut your mouths, we need to inform and send the video we on what just happened to ask for waht they think happened to the United Kingdom of Acornesia and inform our forces to beware of Sonakion Forces"
As the officers all calmed down, the senior officer with glasses said "Captain, I suggest you to call in reinforcements from the mainland, it seems we have underestimate the enemies, it is fortunate it is not us that is fighting the Sonakions, but it may not be like this next time."
The Captain says "That's a good suggestion, Seargent, send a request to the mainland for reinforcements, ask for them to send them Zipan-Class Battleships, I want them to fear us. Also, ask for them to send in some Continental Nuclear Warhead just for safety and intimidation if we ever need to face the Sonakions which I doubt wouldn't be in the far future."
"Yes, Sir!" answered the seargent as he quickly sends the request.

[Sonakion]

An old prison ship had been recruited from the civilian ship to take the pirates away. It sailed across the East Acornesian Sea approaching a major port. Behind or in front of it numerous tugboats pulled what remained of the pirate fleet to the same dock. Some of there ships would be scrapped others repurposed and some even entered into Kwazy's force. The destroyer kept watch on everything moving along at a distance that would give it surprise but not make it completely ineffective in case of an enemy attack. Still the chances of any such a thing happening were slim with even the bombers that had destroyed those of the pirates who had surrendered already long gone vanished without a trace. Patrol boats were out in force however mainly looking for any pirates who by some miracle had escaped or weren't even at the meeting in the first place. There orders were simple, shoot to kill.

Aboard the Prison Ships bridge
Captain Oak Halter gazed from his position on the bridge to the turmoil sea around him. The captain was getting old now nearing his sixties and it felt like his career on the sea's was soon to come to an end. It had been relatively smooth career with little bumps composed mainly of serving in the ACAG local navy and advancing though the ranks thanks to dedication and loyalty. When trouble began brewing between Kwazy and Oracle Oak was quick to support the side which dominated his workplace not wishing to get into trouble with some of Kwazy's more zealous supporters. Oak did admittedly support the more tame aspects of Kwazy's beliefs agreeing that Oracle was keeping the nation trapped in a loop of traditionalism. However he never expected the true nature of Kwazy's Belief one of slavery and authoritarianism.

These beliefs were probably the reason why Oak was spared the purges most of his other aging counterparts faced. These purges lead to Oak also avoiding danger during the war because his experience was now much rarer and so more valuable. Once the war ended Oak retired from the ACAG and got a job captaining a prison ship.

Unfortunately his loyalty and determination had lead to Oak being forced to use his ship to hold the recently captured pirates and then bring them to a Dock city on a more nearby island. He was deemed the only man trustworthy enough for the job.

While Oak gazed at the sea and wondered how he'd got himself into this mess a young officer came up to him.
"Sir he said we've been given a new order. The pirates aren't to be brought to be brought anywhere. He leaned in closer and whispered they are to be killed. The captain looked at the officer in horror.
"How" Oak asked "We imprison people not execute them".
"They said the Sonakion Marines could do it sir".
Oak sighed. He didn't like those Marines who had just boarded the ship along with the pirates like they owned it. However they no doubt could get the job done far better than the guards or anyone else could. The captain walked over to a microphone and seemingly leaned into it, however in truth he had removed a small black radio from inside his coat, he turned it on and after a bit of static a voice blurted out "yes?".

The captain paused there. While these pirates were certainly in the wrong killing them just seemed beyond the call of duty. Some of those so called pirates were young around Oaks son age. It had been fine to imprison the Pirates before hell the pirates had been granted release in return for giving up there ships and allowing themselves to be locked up temporarily.
"Come on what is jt" came and angry voice from the radio.
The captain sighed and then replied with "New orders, all the pirates are to be killed, do it quickly and quietly, don't cause disturbance.
"Finally we'll start now" the voice came in reply.

In the bowels of the prison ship
The Marine Captain quickly barked out the border to his subordinates.
"Get the pirates out of there cells, claim its for another inspection and conduct this like one. At each pirates turn however quickly kill them, with machetes we don't want the others to find out, dump the bodies into the sea, make sure the ship crew don't find out about the real operation. Now GO".

“Admiral, we just got a request to send reinforcements preferably the Zipan-Class Battleship to the forces in Acornesia. These are the full information of the request.” said an officer as he gave a few papers to the admiral. After a while, the admiral finished reading and said “Send in Zipan-Class Battleship K.B.S Sarlus and Bauxite-Class Cruisers K.B.S Arland, K.B.S Berlum, K.B.S Serisa and K.B.S Porkam. Also send in 6 Continental Nuclear Warhead 3 for the K.B.S Sol and 3 for the K.B.S Sarlus, I hope this is enough to at least intimidate the enemy.”. The officer said “Yes, S!ir” as he went to send the orders of the admiral to the captains of the chosen warships to be sent as reinforcements.

“Sir, reinforcements are coming. There would be a Zipan-Class Battleship and 4 Bauxite-Class Cruisers.” said the sargent to the captain. The captain said “Good, well then gentlemans, it seems we have to give up command to whoever they send in as the Zipan-Class Battleship. Anyways, back to positions man! I don't want to see any of you slacking.”

Gaithu read the response intently, and shook his head. Holy Caedas that's a lot of problems this little country has. He thought to himself. The Lt. Colonel called in his officers and discussed their next course of action throughout the morning. Several officers from the Peacekeeping Mission would act as military attaches and advisers to the West Acornesian Army while the majority of the Dorian presence would continue its treaty mission. Perhaps that would give these poor sods somewhat of an edge. Gaithu took a deep breath and spoke to his subordinates: "Okay, so we didn't walk into this thinking we'd have to assist in fighting an insurgency, and pirates. The fact of the matter is that during conflicts nothing ever goes as intended. That is very much the case for our peacekeeping operation today..."

"Colonel Gaithu, are we changing our Rules of Engagement?" One Captain interrupted.

Gaithu, slightly peeved that he had been interrupted responded to the question: "Not at his time, we will only return fire if fired on by forces with hostile intent toward our peacekeeping mission." His mood softened as he realized that question would be one of the most important. "We were given initial intelligence that the West Acornesian government had relative stability, though when you look outside right now, that seems not to be the case. Our aid mission will continue unhampered, as we can effectively disperse medical and food aid to the civilian population. We are here to help keep a treaty in place, which means cooperating with other forces that are bound to the treaty. As an order, I want overtures made to the other foreign pro-treaty forces in the region, namely Aursi. Cooperation is paramount in this endeavor, as we all want the same outcome. Dismissed." With his briefing over the other officers shuffled out of the room. Vasyas sat back down and typed up a communique.

Greetings, as you two both may know, the Democratic Confederation of Acornesia is in turmoil. The international demilitarized zone is being attacked constantly by pirates and the West Acornesian mainland is being wracked with insurgency. As Supreme Commander of the Guadalupadorian Peacekeeping Mission, and one of the most recent arrivals to the Acornesia Area of Operations, may I suggest that our forces cooperate in aiding West Acornesia? This cooperation may include but would not be limited to joint peacekeeping operations between our forces, similar rules of engagement, and relevant intelligence sharing between our forces on the ground. It is apparent that our three countries all wish to keep the Treaty alive and not let the whole of Acornesia descend back into a civil war, all the more reason to help one another achieve such a goal.

A small base would also be established at the capital allowing for more supplies to be sent

The cargo ship carrying military advisors departing for East Acornesia would be a accompanied by another two cargo ships carrying food and other supplies along with a few destroyers, cruisers and two nuclear submarines armed with burst missiles. They would not be armed with nukes.

While calling it a unit makes it sound like the Melovintan government was deploying a full division, in reality it was 50 soldiers and an M1A2 Abrams driving around the roads of Oramani Island whilst the the USS Chain sailed around the coast of West Acornesia as a sort of coast guard. All in all, a lousy assignment meant mostly as a political gesture to the West Acornesian government, a sort of emotional support. However, if one of these men died, or god-forbid, the Chain was sunk, the Melovintan government would surely funnel more men into West Acornesia, and that is something only the most-hawkish members of Congress support as of now. Currently, the Melovintan troops are patrolling the countryside whilst the Chain is still docked, awaiting orders to patrol the waters around West Acornesia and to police the maritime buffer zone.

To most of the places, they will set up temporary medical hospitals, and they will aim to rebuild the war-ravaged areas. The fact of the matter is that during conflicts nothing ever goes as intended. That is very much the case for our peacekeeping operation today..."

"Colonel Gaithu, are we changing our Rules of Engagement?" One Captain interrupted.

Gaithu, slightly peeved that he had been interrupted responded to the question: "Not at his time, we will only return fire if fired on by forces with hostile intent toward our peacekeeping mission." His mood softened as he realized that question would be one of the most important. "We were given initial intelligence that the West Acornesian government had relative stability, though when you look outside right now, that seems not to be the case. Our aid mission will continue unhampered, as we can effectively disperse medical and food aid to the civilian population. We are here to help keep a treaty in place, which means cooperating with other forces that are bound to the treaty. As an order, I want overtures made to the other foreign pro-treaty forces in the region, namely Aursi. Cooperation is paramount in this endeavor, as we all want the same outcome. Dismissed." With his briefing over the other officers shuffled out of the room. Vasyas sat back down and typed up a communique.

Twas' a boring day

Captain Lezbowsky overlooked the dark blue waters of the ocean from aboard his ship inside the Bridge, the USS Chase. It was the first time he was patrolling the waters of West Acornesia, having been ordered to patrol the coast and the maritime buffer zone. What a lousy assignment, he thought, in reality all that his mighty destroyer was doing was shouting at fishermen and other peacekeeping vessels to stay on their side. All in all, the day was boring so far, the bridge was silent with only the equipment making any noise, the crew bunks had a few seamen playing cards, the deck was quiet as a mouse with the occasional footsteps breaking the silence, the other parts of the ship were equally as silent. The crew of the destroyer were bored, some were taking potshots at some whales with pistols, others were smoking, many more were simply were simply attending to their duties. The hours dragged on without any combat, and the Sun set and the Moon rose, and with their patrol finished, the Chain returned to harbor and docked. Captain Lezbowsky had began writing in his log after all was said and done and the destroyer was docked, finishing it off with "Twas' a boring day".

The operation had turned from a intentional eradication to a accidental eradication. Cult forces would not directly attack the separatist civilians but accidentally. The 2th Pacific fleet would move to the edge of the border with West Acornesia patrolling and waiting for the cargo ships.

The nations of both West and East Acornesia are in chaos this morning after the revelation that former Foreign Minister Clash has deserted both Acornesias as their foreign minister and mediator, and instead joined Ovalaria. In a maddened haze, he ranted that Acornesia had subjugated Ovalaria too long. Clash has even been made the "Imperial Director" of the country.

With the mediator for both sides clearly insane and now an insurgent, tensions between East and West could easily rise once more.
