Lato: "Davenport-kalten-, kaltenbru-, Kaltenbrung. Sorry I'm afraid I can't pronounce that but a interesting name nonetheless."

Lato tries to laugh it off not trying not to embarrass himself after trying to attempt pronouncing her name. He then gathers himself then speaks again

Lato: "I thank you for coming here for the inauguration. To see people like yourselves with such prestige come all this way just to come to this inauguration and talk to me is the greatest honor"

He says stopping the handshake and letting go of her hand and has another sip from the non alcoholic beverage. Also noticing the situation and after her apology responds

Lato: "It is fine, it seems they have everything under control though so nothing to worry about"

Oh, it is nothing, sir,- she would attempt to look rather flattered at the compliments,- with all due respect, I am but a heir to my mother, and my ascension to the throne is not likely to happen for the next several decades, all while your inauguration is bound to happen in several hours… She would be interrupted by the Cascadian representative, who in a rather interruptive matter presented Lato with his present- although she would not state her anger openly, one could notice that being interrupted was not amongst the things she wished to do this evening- after all to her etiquette was above else!

Lato turns towards Ingrid again for a second

Lato: "Apologies for the cut off, I feel like I have to respond to everyone for even just a moment so I apologize, I don't mean to be rude to anyone at all. I could help but notice you calling me sir though please just if you want just Lato is fine thank you."

And it is here where Jasmine Kurz and company arrive, the woman in a suit stepping out, as she gestures for her escorts to follow close once they pile out. Jasmine would also be seen holding a box, almost like a present, though it had air holes cut into it as if to imply that there was an animal inside... Indeed, it was merely a Jewel Spider in its enclosure with instructions and necessary care items. Simple enough, really, though bypassing customs to get it there was fun. Regardless, the tanned woman with shades would look around, sighing as her guards keep the area secure, with an eye out for any trouble.

"Now I just hope I wasn't late for the party, unless the event has yet to begin. In either case, it would be terrible to miss it."

As she walks towards her then stopping in front of her to greet her. The one in the middle came forward and then began to speak

Guard: " Welcome to St.Klara's Cathedral we have been waiting for your arrival Mrs.Kurz."

The guards then bow for a second then the guard who greeted her speaks up again

Guard: "If you would please follow us we will guide you to the reception hall where other representative are resigning"

He didn't replied back, other than gave a small smiling nod towards the guard. Koriyorny is of course, quite surprised; or say, culture shocked of such policies. However, rules are rules. And so, he puts the cigars back on to the box, and waited to arrive at his destination.

The guard nods knowing they have a understanding he then looks over to the driver driving the car and taps his shoulder, startling the driver as he was focusing on the road.

Guard: Jadwiga, whats are ETA on the cathedral huh? We are almost behind schedule.

The guard who is named Jadwiga apparently, response back to the guard

Jadwiga: "First, don't do that when Im driving, second we should be there in 10 minutes make yourselves comfortable while I drive alright?"

The guard frowned but then turned away from Jadwiga

He looks over to Koriyorny to tell about what is happening

Guard: "We are currently 10 minutes away from the cathedral, in the meantime sir would like anything? A drink or something to eat?"

Rep. Koriyorny:"No thanks. I have eaten a small bar during my flight."

Though that calms him down a little, he is still quite a bit anxious that he might miss the main event.

Minutes pass and the car begins to slow down and as it does it parks just outside of the huge cathedral, The driver steps out of the car allowing for Koriyorny to exit the vehicle

Driver: "After you sir welcome to St.Klara's Cathedral. My college here will direct you to the reception hall where Lato and other representatives are resigning"

The driver says holding the door for Koriyorny and then bowing to him

"So I shall. Can you deliver this box to Egyesít Lato? It does contain a live animal in a self contained habitat, but I'd advise against opening the habitat. A simple diplomatic gift for her, to kick off a friendly visit."

And with that said, they should be off in due order to interact with others, the guards walking along to protect the Gonswanzan diplomat.

Henry (Patrick, actually, got that messed up in the application.) Walked up to Lato.

"Do you think this is the ideal time to talk politics?"

José M. Albares: "Well, there was a minor issue when landing, we had to land a city 2 hours from here, but the national highway system has proven to be exceptional and I have been able to enjoy a very comfortable journey to Satsurika. When will this ceremony begin? I am impatient to see it."

In reality, the journey by car had been an agony for the minister, who had had to fight against his urge to throw up each time the cars encountered a curve in the road.

Lato looked surprised and disappointed at the same time, something must have gone wrong they should've have been able to landed at the airport in Satsurika. Lato responds immediately

Lato: "I'm really sorry you had to land that far away from here, their must be some sort of mistake any representative coming into the country should have been able to land in Satsurika, Ill make sure to let someone know about this. If you would like we could have the plane you flew in on be sent to Satsurika airport so you don't have to go through the highway again. I would personally have them be stationed in the airport because once night rolls around a lot of street racers like to take to the streets at this time."

Lato then takes a sip of the drink that he was given by the server and then continues

Lato: "The ceremony however, should happen very shortly. We should be expecting more guests so in the meantime please make yourselves comfortable as well"

Albares: "Okay, I'll tell the pilots to move to Satsurika's airport. I'll now look for a place to stay during the ceremony, bye.

The north-iberian minister looked at the cathedral, and decided to position himself near the exit of the building, in case leaving the area quickly was necessary. His bodyguards followed him, approving the place he had chosen to stay in.

The Royal Family Arrived one block away and messaged the KOU Bodyguards for an Escort to the Cathedral. The King, Aleksander, was wearing a Royal Blue Tuxedo, with his Medals (Earned in the Siberian War for Independence) Pinned to his Breast Area of his Shirt. His Mustache Curled at the Ends. He Looked Like a Younger Version of the Kaiser. His Wife and the Queen, Jekaterina was wearing a Gold Dress that shimmered in the Light. Around Her Shoulders sat a Fur Bear Pelt. And Their Son, Ermolai wore a Hooded Black Zip up Onesie.

Lisamian guards arrived at the location where the royal family is, the 4 of the guards armed with IA-22's and the rest armed with IA-02's. They begin to approach the royal family with what seemed to be the leader of the guards approaches the King and salutes to him and begins to speak.

Agent Miklos:"Agent Miklos sir at your service. If you would kindly come with me and we will escort you to the cathedral where the inauguration will be held."

The King Nodded and they set off. Shortly After, They Arrived.

While Christopher Henry was the Foreign Minister, Toby Rastro was made Chairman of the Representative Department for his work in ULIBOR. Thats why Toby Rastro was assigned to visit the Inaugration of the new elected president of Lisamia, Egyseit Lato. He started for the flight late as he didn't know there was a IC for this.

Lisamian Airport

Toby Rastro had arrived at the Lisamian Airport after a long journey. He stretched himself as he was about to leave the Airplane.

Lato was hoping for something more for economic ties or something of that sort, nonetheless it would bound to happen when Lato would have to answer to questions regarding defense and military. Mostly when it came to international affairs seeing that Lisamia and The KUN has become more open to the international community. Lato clears his throat and responds

Lato: "As I do agree with you when it comes to tensions, including tensions between alliances building back up and military buildups occurring around the world right now. To answer your question yes we are part of defensive alliances including KTO and IHC. We have been part of these alliances for awhile now I must say. What I'm happy about is that we really never had to use these said alliances in such cases of war but regardless they are always nice to have"

While the guard is talking the other guards get ready in the convoy and another opens a door for Rastro to get inside the vehicle

Guard: "Sir we made it to St.Klara's Cathedral, please follow us so we may guide you to the reception hall where other representatives and Lato are currently resigning right now. Keep in mind the ceremony shall begin shortly"

Jasmine turns to the guard, with a smile, almost, though she calmly speaks up about it, with the spider inside resting, not making a sound.

The toxic jungles of Gonswanza do bear plentiful fortunes and mysteries lost to time as the forest itself guards those treasures to the death."

With that said, Jasmine then decides to join the event more formally, popping a piece of gum into her mouth to chew on, just to freshen up. Unknown to them, it had a small dose of CBD, just to help the diplomat keep her cool as her security detail moves around, spreading out slightly to keep an eye on things, silently reporting to each other with muffled dialog. Their helmets hide their faces, though it would be useless to try to get one to take off their helmet unless they've been shot or need first aid in that area. When she does find her position, her detail would be summoned and asked to move into a more suitable position to guard her, at ready, should anything go awry.

Lato excuses himself for a moment to greet the representative from Gonswanza he walks over to her and then introduces himself

Lato: "Hello and welcome, I'm glad you can make it to the inauguration. My name is Egyesít Lato but you can just call me Lato for short of course. I presume you must be a representative from Gonswanza correct?"

Lato holds out his hand for a hand shake as a sign of respect
