I know I will see tech on this tour, but will I be able to meet your leader, my friend?" Emperor Chaz asked in a polite manner. He hated being polite, but he wanted to know if being polite here was something people did.

Reeder responded, "The technical leaders of this country are the Divisional Leaders, whom we are visiting in turn. For the practical leader, Emperor Vasquil, Living God of New Amerik....I'm sorry, you just missed him. If it was any help, he was bit gruff with the rain and all."

He turned back and waited as the vehicle took off again,throwing anybody not strapped to the wall tumbling to the floor.

They three noticed the flying lizard who turned out to be Spiridon who somehow learned to change size. The rain had started yet again after a brief pause. It was a good thing they had strapped in after the APHC suddenly slammed to a stop.

"Why didn't you go to a slow time universe unless it slows the learning process?" Iris asked

Vincent held his smile tapped the button on his wrist and after a few moments a helicopter pulled up in front of them. With super-human timing he jumped from the vehicle using the momentum to propel himself just far enough to grip the landing supports and pull himself up. H gave a salute hanging onto the door of the helicopter before departing.

Reeder helpfully waved as the helicopter's blades were briefly stopped tightly, and a series of mental checks were made. Eventually, the helicopter was let go and the APHc continued on it's way.

"Unfortunately, we were only able to do a cursory check. Didn't even get to EMP him. Oh well, any problems will be dealt with when they happen!"
