After a while, there was a roaring noise and then a thump, till the outside door opened and Vasquail flew in on metal black decorative wings, flight provided by a jetpack that moved him around. Still wearing his official uniform, he landed on the platform next to the group, before folding the pack's wings up. Turning to Nigel, he said, "Since Chazicaria asked to see me and you as well, I decided to leave the reports for a few minutes. Now, what is it?"
