"de Sadev," Reeder muttered as he took this in, "Well, that's not what this says."
He turned the card to show the Kipperite what it was. The picture was of an old man, bending over in a patch of flowers, raising them up around his arms. One arm had the flowers blooming beatifully; the other had thorns digging into the flesh, with droplets of deep red blood trickling out. The man had a green robe on, with dirt and mud on the bottom and on his bare feet. He wore a green mask that covered his face, the mask curling over and twisting like branches, the mouth and nose nonexistant and the eyes cut as a spiraling shape.
"The Priest in Green. In general, the Priest means that you have a kind personality. You see the best in people, or at least try to, and have a desire to help alleviate the suffering that goes on in the world. You are not a fighter at all, but nor are you an explicit lover; you prefer less exhuberant or exciting pursuits to that of natural and peaceful areas. At your best, you are what most people think of when they imagine a saint; happy, kind, and gentle. At your worst, you help those who really should not be helped, and are easily fooled by a warm face concealing a cold knife. You are also Green; it means that you are of a calm disposition, and take a wider view than most people do. You are marked by a tendancy to work hard and long. However, you don't always realize when you have worked too hard or too long. At your best, you are dependable, practical without the amorality of the Black color, and loyal. At your worst, you self-sacrifice for nothing and punish yourself for needed feelings and rest."
He put the card back.
