As the wind shrieked through the dark twilight sky, the waves slammed against rock, metal, and morter. Lightning flickered across the sky, and the low roar of thunder was heard soon after. The sea swung back and forth, an inky black mass sliding and slipping releasing white wave foam to pull up against the mass before falling back in. It was bitter cold, and the Amerikan people in small towns and villages huddled in their houses next to the fireplaces, trying to stave off the chill fury of the storm.
Sadevko City stood, a bulwark against the tide, wind, and rain. Massive defense emplacements ringed the city up to four miles in height, leaving still five miles of city and towers to withstand the storm. Gun emplacements, massive EPEP defense batteries, missile silos, innumerable defense stood within and around the city. The cars that swarmed the skylanes raced along without hesitation, eager to get to the security and confines on interior carparks, homes, and garages. The Spires of the government swarmed with light, a seven-fingered hand emerging from the maw. Neon signs, people, vehicles; the crush of over one hundred and twenty million people filled Sadevko City, the capital of New Amerik.
It was to be an eventful evening. Delegates from all over were invited. Messeges were sent into space, reverse time capsules placed in the ground, elaborate invitation cards sent, everything. New Amerik had decided to show the world their capital, and see what it had to offer. However, it was best to be prepared.
As any helicoptors, boat, spaceships, etc. came in, the massive EPEP batteries would train their guns on the target and a pre-recorded message would play: "HALT. YOU ARE ENTERING NEW AMERIK. STATE YOUR COUNTRY'S NAME, REASON FOR VISITATION, DANGEROUS OR POTENTIALLY ILLEGAL ITEMS, AND PEOPLE ENTERING THE COUNTRY." A ten minute wait would ensure. If they ignored the question, or merely failed to respond and didn't move away, they would be blasted out of the skies.

Can't miss it. Enter it, go through preliminary scans, and wait for the tour guide to arrive. Do not attempt to land in Sadevko City main, I repeat DO NOT attempt to land in Sadevko City main."
The batteries switched off tracking the various transports and went back to scanning the sky, looking for anybody else.
