Security for Humanity International Treaty (OPEN)

President Alvin Ashleigh has announced the Security for Humanity International Treaty, a new human rights treaty aimed at defending human rights everywhere. "We hope that the Security for Humanity International Treaty will stop dictators everywhere from acting like they can just torture people without consequences," said Alvin Ashleigh.

    1. Signatories agree not to violate human rights unless absolutely necessary.
    2. Signatories agree to consider discontinuing economic ties with countries that violate human rights.

And what is "necessary"? And let's say I "considered" severing relations, but do not, what now?

Go back to the drawing board kid, you left wayyyyy too much wiggle room in this ineffectual treaty.
