What are you proposing?: Installing One GCN member and One KTO member in Powered Positions, so that Nobody is neglected. Nobody thinks they are getting Overpowered.
Does this proposal follow the terms provided by the charter (i.e. no bias)?: Yeah
Do you agree to abide by this proposal once it's been approved?: Yes.

Doing some thing Like this would make the Alliance vulnerable to attacks and attempts to engulf it by GCN and KTO
