A Overseer of finance (OOF), A Overseer of Peacekeeping Operations (OPKO), and a Overseer of International Relations (OIR). the OOF is in charge of managing the Alliance’s treasury, the OPKOis in charge of over seeing and report the whereabouts of the peacekeepers and army of the alliance, and the OIR is in charge of representing IHC on the global stage. They will all be elected through a popular vote of all the nations in IHC. And if the acts a nation in one of these positions are considered against international law they can be removed with a vote form the alliance.”
