IC: the Chief Minister of Cantport, Abdul-Rehman Qureshi, publicly orders an inquiry into the use of nuclear force namely,
1. Was it necessary to use nuclear force?
2. Was it necessary to target the whole of Cantport?
Privately he remarks that they should have targeted all areas containing soldiers or politicians but "left poor areas and farms alone."
He does, however say, "Fortunately we are now safe, I will now look at ending conscription"
