i love how i only have like 16 mil population and im up against like 4 nations with a billion population the only guy thats on my side isnt even fighting hes sending aid lol

You don't need to use the NS stats for the nations pop, just use a pop that seems accurate to the size of the nation. Besides it doesnt matter if the nation has 20 billion pop if only 5 soldiers are sent.

Of course, smaller more realistic armies also allow for more micro RP, when I see huge fleet battles in MT it often just devolves into missile attack tennis.

They are classified as mine sweepers.) and most important a detachment of the sisterhood.(religious group, they always follow Penal legions anyway as they are there to guise there repentance.

Anyway, I never got to using the factbooks really, so most info is offsite or on random forums, So Ill just make sure to describe the nation geography a bit. Kodai is basically just Japan, if Japan has it Kodai likely does. Gothia is made up of rocky jungle valley/rises with river/swamps at the bottom, like the lovechild of Vietnam and Afghanistan.(Its also why they use old Japan tanks, because the nation isn't suitable at all for heavy combat and thus they don't make them,

CMTG/Aquitinia isn't the same as Gothia quite, being less extreme, as they sprout from a different point on the continent.(If Gothia is said to be its world's central America, then CMTG/Aquitania would be Florida.
