The Empire of Greater Nifon officially refuses to acknowledge the merger.

It is the belief of Nifonese government that GENA does not represent the Nifonese national interests. At any rate, the Nifonese interests outweigh interests of the global community. Gothian Crimea refuses to acknowledge the merger between LIS and GENA.
Despising the rootless urbanite parasite group, who openly have a area called New World Order, Gothian Crimea simply could never bring itself to yoke under them.
